Absolutely disappointing, 3 of you there. No one was in line. I had an online order, I come here, 20 minutes after it’s placed, still making the last sub. Here’s where you all messed up, I had ordered TWO TOASTED HOT SUBS. Well, it’s missing the toasted and hot. Not even the meat (meatball, bacon, pepperoni, nor chicken) was cooked/toasted. Quite ridiculous. I am requesting the store owner/General Manager to contact me, I want my money or a correction made. You can see clear as day, uncooked/not toasted, not even all the toppings are there. These are two subs I get frequently, I know the taste and the way it should be. Please try and argue photos and CLEARLY STATED NOTES AND ORDER REQUEST. I don’t know their names, but 3 females working today. Do better.

From Shalimar location and others? …The Tuna Salad not only has way too much mayo such that it falls off the bread now, it is also spread very thinly on the bread. Such a shame – Subway in Shalimar just a few months ago had the best Tuna sandwich in town. Subway: can you not correct this?? Your prices increased but quality has decreased a lot.

This Hispanic woman was so rude and she didn’t know how to do her job saying that I can’t get a refund when I placed and order because she didn’t know what she was doing, like girl it’s just sandwiches come on! I would have just been like I’ll remake it and have a good day but honestly they need to be shut down because this isn’t the first time I had issues with Shalimar man it’s just every time I try and order online it always sends it to the Shalimar store.

6 people in our party. All the orders were correct. We dined in. The tables were clean. The decor neat and complete. The food delicious. I will stop there again when in the area.

They were nice enough, but sloppy. They didn’t ring up my order correctly and i ended up paying a dollar extra even though I said “I want the meal deal with the small drink.” When brought she shrugged her shoulders and i just paid for the two chips that were not rang up. And then (the grossest by far thing to happen during the visit) she handed me the food and her glove was still attached to the bag. Small things like the lid not being able to fit the lid was resolved quickly. But that wasn’t a fun visit.

My Dad and I frequent this location when he is in town. I wish the meats on the first part of the assembly line were not blocked as they are now. During our last visit in Feb 2024, my Dad and I both specified 6 inch subs and the employee made us and charged us for foot long subs instead. If the assembly line wasn’t blocked, we would have immediately noticed his mistakes (or intentional upsells) quick enough to correct him. Keep Cherry Coke at the drink station. I enjoy having it available.

If I could give this no stars I would…. I stopped into this subway and ordered a sandwich and a salad. Staff member was extremely rude. You could tell he was irritated to have to wait on me and I was the only customer at the time. He abruptly threw the meat into my salad and when I asked to have them cut up, he picked them out of the bowl squeezed the meat and tore it into pieces. This is totally unacceptable to treat someone’s food this way. Today, I called and spoke directly to the manager (Bill) who could have cared less about what I was saying and how I was treated. Don’t waste your time going here. There is a subway a little ways up the road. Worth the trip to get better service and to be treated with a little respect as a consumer!
