I don’t know what’s going on today. Normally the quality is pretty good. I know I always order double toppings because I never get enough with just selecting it once.

I know it’s hot outside and working in a restaurant sucks with the heatwave but god damn. Every pizza was messed up.

Cheese pizza not cooked well, not enough cheese just sauce in the middle.
Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Black Olive pizza, no black olives.
Italian Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Black Olive, Mushroom pizza somehow got Pepperoni and Garlic sauce which wasn’t ordered. I have NO idea how extra items were added to that pizza.

the new pan pizza is a total catfish – it’s just awkward fluffy pizza instead of having a crispy pan crust. it also has the price of a large and is given as the size of a small. they forgot my blue cheese for the wings, but sometimes that happens.

Every single time I have placed an order at this location they have messed it up. Just ordered a small cheese pizza for my daughter and they sent a cheese stick with the cheese all over the place, half of it not even on the sticks and they stuck in a cheese dipping sauce. How do you mess up a cheese pizza? The pizza I ordered for myself, is paper thin and floppy. I called the store twice to see if they could rectify the issue. The first time I called, they picked up the phone and left it on the counter and then hung up after two minutes. The second time I called I spoke to the manager who told me to come and get it with a disgusting tone. I have worked in the food industry and this is not acceptable. these guys take zero pride in their work. The manager called me rude after I asked her why they couldn’t deliver it, and this is the 3rd time they have done this to me. If the owner is reading this, you should fire the line and get yourself a new manager at Arnold. Arnold I rate one star just because the driver was nice. The Imperial store 5 out of 5. Absolute worst at Arnold. Abysmal, even. terrible pizza and terrible staff. avoid this place.

Makes complete sense that this shop has a 3 star review. Did not expect much higher than that considering the lack of service. We placed an order for dinner at 1800 (through Papa John’s website) with an expected delivery of 1900. Around 1840, a “door dash” driver calls and claims “the road is closed, YOU need to send me an alternate route to your house”. Befuddled since there is no closed route to our house. The driver indicated he would figure it out. Fast forward 30 minutes and we get a call stating the door dash driver brought the order back to Papa John’s. My wife had to go pick it up, yet the Door Dash driver marked the order complete and was told by the manager of Papa John’s that they “can’t refund the $12 tip, nor the delivery charge”. Why? So, the individual that YOUR company chose who was incompetent decided not to do their job, we still have to front a tip for them to do absolutely nothing? Why kind of service is that? Its robbery is what it is. This is the absolute last time we will order from this location! When my wife picked up the food, the manager was rude, had zero regard to the failure on their behalf, indicated there was nothing they could do. Therefore we ultimately paid $70 for cold food and waited close to 2 hours to finally get the food. Absolutely worthless!

The food quality seems to have gone downhill with in the past couple of months and tonight we tried the Salted Carmel Blondie. It was not cooked all the way through, so it became quite nauseating. We only ended up eating two pieces between us and threw the rest away, because it felt like something that would eventually make us ill. I’m glad it’s for a limited time only. There was also a long black hair cooked into my cheesy bread and I’m a natural blonde, so I know it wasn’t mine. My Husband and I ordered 2- 20oz Root Beers, but they were out, so the driver brought us 1 Pepsi. My husband doesn’t drink caffeine, but I figured I would just keep mine for the morning and I didn’t want the driver to have to come back out for 1 soda. I called and the Manager removed the 1 soda that was not delivered. This was before we noticed the state of our food. All in all, very disappointing, because I randomly get cravings for Papa John’s and we end up spending well over $50.00 every-time we order.

2/10/2026 Come to pick up a doordash. Obviously it was late and not prepared. The real problem I have is the integrity of the store employees. They ARE STEALING THE DOORDASH TIPS. THE CUSTOMER SENT ME A PICTURE OF THE ONLINE RECEIPT! The tip was for more than the ENTIRE DASH!

I ordered 2 lg pizza and an order of wings. They gave me 20% coupon and it was still $45 then I had to pay a delivery fee that apparantly doesn’t go to the driver. The person on the phone was chewing gum and seemed as if I interrupted his day by calling in. I will never support this location again. I would advise everyone else to do the same. Unless you enjoy paying to much for poor service and a cold product from a company that charges you for a delivery and then asked you to tip the kid that should be getting the delivery fee plus my gift of a tip. Bad business.
This is supposed to be a large pizza which is 14in. Tape says 12in.

I have ordered multiple times from this location and every time, without fail, they have always … ALWAYS!!! messed up the order. I went to the store yesterday to order in person and they still messed the order up!! I told the cashier they also forgot to put extra pepperchinis (like I ordered and paid for) and they dug their unwashed and ungloved hand into the container to get some out!! Disgusting.

Terrible experience asked for light cheese and got a bread pizza and they are refusing to replace it . Wouldn’t eat here unless you are on a bread diet Sad how we spend our hard working money on this should have stuck to my first option dominos!!!

Staff is friendly. I ordered my pizza well done and received it burnt. Looking at the reviews it seems that this is a common occurrence. The stuffed crust was completely inedible.
