Excellent food, we love having them at the end of our road! We’re stuck on the steak and chicken burritos so thats all we’ve tried but they’re delicious and huge! Most of their salsa are too spicy for me but their green salsa is really good. Definitely support these folks, they seem like great people and take pride in the food they serve.

The best tacos I’ve had in 5 months in the area – hands down! We owned a 5 star food truck in Parkersburg West Virginia and this place is in line with our service and taste. We are so excited=) This food truck is a gem. Be careful with their red salsa, it is an authentic Guajillo salsa packed with scoville’s…delicious. The tortillas are homemade, perfectly soft and the meats were seasoned to perfection.
We tried the carne asada, pastor, chorizo, and carnitas to get the full scope of their menu and they were all delicious. If you’re not too fond of spicy, stick to the tomatillo salsa. It’s perfectly balanced with flavor and heat. The staff was super friendly and service was great.
If you’re a taco lover, you NEED to try this little taco truck. Can’t wait to come back and explore the rest of the menu!

It’s a food truck and it was very, very good. Service was great. As Mexican who grew up eating authentic homemade Mexican food, this place was amazing. I had a sope and a gordita with steak and chorizo with all the fixings. This will be a place to stop by every time I’m in the Knoxville area. Buen provecho.
