I just moved to the area this past month and took over a local store as GM. I celebrate my staff monthly. I was in a bind and needed a party tray quickly. I came in and spoke with Lisa and she made sure I had what I needed for my staff celebration. She was very kind, courteous and her customer service was on point! That girl needs a raise!!! Normally this Subway does pretty well. Unfortunately not tonight. We placed an order online and they gave us a completely different sandwich. No cheese, wrong veggies, no condiments as asked for. Quite disappointing. They need to slow down, MARK THEIR SANDWICHES, and quality ensure each order. For Pete’s sake guys!

I’m not a fan of Subway but we don’t have many options on our town. There are two Hispanic men that work nights who are very friendly and they always get our order exactly as ordered. BUT I refuse to go during the day because the manager is RUDE. I cannot believe she still has a job there and she is allowed to treat people this way. So we just don’t go during the day…. EVER!

I have to edit this after getting my last sandwich there. I ordered through the mobile app, and paid for 50% extra meat on my sandwich. once I got home, it looked like they only put 50% meat on. for a steak sandwich, it was horrible. unfortunately I was too far away to return it and get it fixed.

Placed our online order at 7:00pm, order confirmation said it would be done at 7:25 pm. I show up at 7:35 and they haven’t even started it yet! I’m currently waiting for my order still and it is 7:45.
Side note: This establishment regularly screws up our orders. But hey fast food workers deserve $15/hr….. RIGHT?!?!?! SMH
