The workers in the store are very friendly and welcoming. The food came pretty fast and it was nice and hot. Definitely gonna come here again and try the pad thai. The atmosphere is quite nice too. They have a heater and it’s nice and warm if you’re near it. Delicious food, amazing customer service and welcoming atmosphere!

I did spend like $17 on pad thai takeout, but the portion size was huge, the food was good, and it came out quickly.

This Jai Thai is under new ownership and is absolutely outstanding. Very, very good! The curry is perfect. The khao man gai was wonderful too. It comes with a tasty side of soup. The chef is extremely talented. He had an almost full dining room and just kept pumping out ridiculously great food. This place is brand new and you should definitely try it! I’m already planning my next visit

Stopped in to try their pad thai, and was shocked at how bad it was. I left a full plate and didnt bother eating it. It had NO SPICE whatsoever, I requested it on the spicier side. There was barely any veggies. The noodles were room temperature, like they had been precooked and not fried in a wok. They stuck together and were in a red bland sweet sauce. I have NO IDEA how a thai restaurant can survive when their most famous dish is this bad. I frequent other thai restaraunts in the area and ANY OF THEM know how to make pad thai. I’ll stick with thai tom it is literally night and day. Do better

First time trying Thai food on the Ave and it did not disappoint. The service was proficient and the food came at a reasonable time. The interior was well decorated and felt very pleasant. I ordered the Thai Iced Tea, Chicken Satay, and Green Curry with pork. All of their dishes were full of flavor and were presented nicely, and were at a fair price point. Water was refreshing as well. Will definitely be coming back again.

Went here first time in a Saturday morning, they don’t look particularly passionate about serving the whole menu and provided a few options instead. I ended up getting basil over rice but it tastes good. Very authentic thai food.
I recommend 1 level down your usual spicy level, because they are on the spicier end of Thai food in Seattle.

This place has great food! Got a combo plate of my favorite chicken Panang curry w/ jasmine rice & pad Thai it was only $15.99. The chicken was so cooked perfectly, moist & tender. Me & a friend ate on Wednesday night at 6pm and there was only one other party at a table when we arrived & about 2 other parties came to dine by the time we left.. We also order the Iced Thai Coffee for $4 it was in a huge cup & soo good! I will definitely return to this place! Better & more affordable then the other Thai place I’ve been to on the Ave!

Thai restaurant with a large, clean space and an open kitchen. Food portions are generous and the spice levels are spot on. The green curry had great depth and variety of flavor. Good alternative to Thai Thom which is perpetually busy and small. Full bar. Polite staff.

One of my favorite Thai restaurant in town! Friendly services and good food, Jai Thai never fail me. I was a regular pad Thai person until I tried their ba mee hang.
Those egg noodles are soft yet with a good amount of chewiness, perfect texture for me. Flavor wise, the sauce is slightly sweet in general, mixing with sprouts and corianders will balance the sweetness.
