Update February 2025. Excellent Supreme Pizza! The original pan crust is extremely tasty. Impromptu pizza. We ordered there and waited. They were quick. The cashier even brought our order out to our vehicle when it was ready a little bit earlier.
They always have our pizza ready at the given order time. Service is excellent. The website for ording was a little slow but it may have been due to my interest connection. I love that when you select the location it tells you the estimated time it would take to fill your order. Love Pizza Hut in Grafton!

I ordered 2 pizzas around 11:30, totaling in $29. Website said it was on the way, and would arrive at 12:09. About an hour after it was supposed to show up, I look outside to see it sitting on my neighbor’s step. I don’t know how long it was sitting there, but it was ice cold. There was no phone call, no knock, or any indicator at all that my food had arrived. It’ll be a long time before I order here again.

I ordered and payed for a Supreme pizza after the website changing the order many times, that required correction over and over. My pizza ended up only having mushrooms and onions on it when I got home with it. I repeat I paid for a Supreme. I am very unhappy with the website and what I got for what I paid. I would not recommend this.

Were brand new to west virginia and this was the best pizza hut experience I’ve ever had. Pizza was at my door in literally 20 minutes, piping hot, not to greasy, delivery guy was awesome. 6 stars easy because they executed the service the way its supposed to be. Thank you.

I am a die-hard Pizza Hut Supreme Pan Pizza fan!! The past couple of years, it has been hit or miss. Including my last experience, the pan pizza was more hand tossed than pan. The facility in Grafton, WV was exceptional. The order was ready on time. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pizzas were great (just not thrilled about the crust on my pan Supreme). Has the process changed? Can I no longer get that pan crust that surpassed all others? I worked at pizza hut many years ago. Everyone always asked if I lost the luster for pizza after working there for several years. The answer is… Never have I ever!! No-one out pizzas the Hut! I still love Pizza Hut pizza, just crave that pan crust back in the day!

Pizza was ready when they said it would be for carry out. The stuff crust and thin & crispy crust were both great. Everyone in my party loved the pizzas and the cheese sticks. Only complaint is not enough marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Great job.

I would leave -5 stars if I could. We have been waiting over 2 1/2 hours for 2 pizzas!! Utter BS. Never ordering again. Oh. And we live 5 min away. There’s no excuse other than pure laziness. I’ve ordered here many times and always have this issue but this was the last straw. We’re done. Good luck to anyone who orders here. It’s either wrong or late as hell.
