We placed our order, was told to go to the other side at the doors and they would bring it out. We waited over 45 minutes before they brought it out, and then the order was wrong…happened on more than one occasion. I know it could be out there as a short staffed situation but seemed equipped enough to handle the small amount of people based on the presence inside. We watched others go in, get their food and walk out and watched others waiting as well. This location just remodeled the inside not long ago and looks great but the service has been terrible the last couple times we have been there. I don’t know if it’s management or the workers but something has to change…

Literally the worst fast food experience Ive ever had. The manager was very rude and sarcastic and they didn’t even get my order right after second time of making it. I asked for chips on the side and extra cheese and over the drive through speaker I heard the manager say “just don’t worry about it”. And then they brought me my food in separate containers with all seven ingredients and that was only enough ingredients for one order and it should have been enough for two. 09/16/2025. I will never go back to that restaurant

They NEVER get the order right. Always give super tiny portions. There’s a lot that they claim to not offer but if you order online they’ll give it to you. Staff is really rude and does not listen to customer requests. I asked for a cantina chicken bowl with no cabbage so they gave me lettuce instead. Which doesn’t even come on the cantina chicken bowl and they didn’t ask if I wanted that. Once had a really nice girl take my order but when I got to the window it obviously wasn’t the same girl. She had a completely different attitude and I gave her a $5 tip just for her to roll her eyes and smack her gum right after…

I sat at the window for 6 minutes so I pulled up to the main window to order when I did so they had the whole entire staff come to the window just to tell me no they would not take my order at the window and the cashier just got there so I needed to pull around to get to the back of the line and wait all over again so I did so and when I did, I ordered the way they asked me to and my order still ended up messed up. I was missing some of my food in the order as well.

Stopped at the Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken while headed down to Beaufort. Ordered the new chicken nuggets combo and cinnamon twist. Had to pull around and wait. Was not given any sauce for the nuggets and no fries that were to be included in the combo. The cinnamon twists were so stale I could not eat them. Horrible

So a normal night pulling thought rhe drive through and then we go to order firstly they said that the taco bell items were not available then said they had to cook beef and it would take about 16 minutes.. then extended to 30 minutes. Their attitude was horrible and they made smart remarks many times. They are extremely unsanitary as they have no gloves on preparing our meals and eating 0/10 recommended
