Love their pizza. Order every single week and have for years. I love that they never change drivers. I always know who is delivering my pizza. The deals are good too. But this is the only pizza place I haven’t had to complain to about quality. They really mean it when they day better pizza better ingredients. This is not a dine in location. This is pick up or delivery only. They do not have a drive up window but they do have easy access.

This place sucks. They don’t even cover the bread. No sauce on most of it. Don’t expect cheese on your whole pizza that you paid for. And the garlic sauce was cold like they pulled it out the fridge. No customer service either, they as dumb as bricks like how do you mess up a pizza? Don’t eat here.

Screwed up my order by giving me a Philly steak papadia, called them to get it corrected to a BBQ chicken papadia. Told me I was wrong about what I ordered even though the sticker says the right order. Told me he couldn’t send out my correct order even when I said I’d return the incorrect item. Told me I could get credit toward my next order but when telling me the instructions on what to do, he faked the phone breaking up and I said screw it. Was rude to me the entire phone call as well. I will no longer be giving them any business.

Usually don’t have an issue with Papa John’s but I don’t recommend getting their PapaBowls because there was barely anything in the container, not even carbs. It’s way overpriced for what it actually is and also unnecessarily double boxed. Save some trees!

Do not go here. I ordered pizza for delivery, and paid cash upon arrival. The pizza was straight dough. I called the store back where I talked to the “manager” Ethan, he was rude and disrespectful and had told me that wasn’t possible. The only way for them to do anything was drive 15 minutes to the store. So we did, he was still rude, told us because we paid cash they were not refunding the money but would make another pizza. They made another pizza yet again dough. Not only is the customer service AWFUL, the “manager” had long hair covering his face dangly in the food. No hair net, no hat, was not wearing gloves after consistently touching money and other objects. Someone is going to end up sick and this will turn into a lawsuit.
