Tasty, reliable Chinese takeout! Crispy orange chicken, fresh veggie stir-fries, golden dumplings, and hearty lo mein with fried rice. Big portions, quick service, and flavors that hit the spot. Bonus points for giving me a meal so good it could make Zhong Xina proud.

The past three times that I’ve ordered from here it’s a hit or miss this time was a mess with the spareribs they’re overcooked and burnt and mostly fat the donuts were good though they were a little overcooked on the outside, but they were perfect on the inside. I had to add a little bit of my own sentiment and sugar because they didn’t have a lot of sugar on them.. so overall take out with this restaurant like I said it’s gonna be a hit or miss. Depends on what days who’s working I guess and cooking.

Food is sometimes decent but it’s obvious they cut quality such as the crispy noodles with the wonton soup, are basically stale tidbits. Not the typical crispy fried noodles. Not to sound mean but they look like my dog’s treats. Also the windows were no dirty, years of build up, I could not even recognize which business it was. I hope they can improve!!

Stating this now; probably the best Chinese food around in Johnston County, NC. Fresh flavor and vegetables every time, have had this spot at least 5+ times and even did our Christmas dinner carryout order from this spot. Honey Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, Lo Mein, Egg Rolls & Crab Rangoon are all solid choices. The Hot & Sour soup is superb as well, super friendly staff. Check them out!!!

I ordered fried chicken wings with shrimp fried rice and General Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice. The General Tso chicken was very hard and tasted like it had been left over or sitting for a while. Same with the fried chicken wings. They were very dried out as if they had been old. I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady on the phone who told me they would remake the order. So I drove 20 mins from home, with the food to bring it back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and dismissive. He told me they couldn’t remake the order. When I tried to ask and understand the explanation of why he was refusing to remake it, he became very dismissive and told me to take my money back and go somewhere else. I was extremely disappointed and appalled at the way I was treated. I am local to the town and have been coming here for years. It seems like the service gets worse each visit. The food is hit or miss.
UPDATE: As I was sitting in my car trying to figure out what else we could do for dinner at 8pm on a Tuesday, the gentleman behind the counter called me back inside and offered to remake my food. I accepted and gave him the money back to pay for it. Although I’m grateful for his change of heart, I’m still disappointed in the whole experience and will probably not be back.

To the owner please talk with your staff about customer service. I placed a door dash order and I normally like to get BBQ sauce for fried rice. I called to see if I could get some but the worker who took my call told me they didn’t have any. And when I was going to ask what they meant they hung up on me. I was willing to pay extra for the sauce because a lot of other restaurants will offer BBQ sauce for extra. But I was confused as to why they just hung up on me I was in the middle of saying ok and thank you
