Very rude interaction today with no resolution. My husband ordered two drinks: a small mocha sweet foam cold brew and a large avalanche sweet foam cold brew. When my husband went to grab the drinks off the counter he noticed the outside of the large was covered in drink and, what he assumed was sweet foam. No big deal, he cleaned up the cup quickly and headed home. After getting the drinks home (we live 2min away) and my husband realized the drinks were both made with whipped cream instead of sweet foam. My husband called and asked if we could please have our drinks remade with sweet foam, how they were ordered. The lady on the phone told him that that’s just how the sweet foam is sometimes and they would not be remade. Sure looks like whipped cream to me..

It’s Mother’s Day and all I wanted was my usual iced coffee. They got my order wrong so I kindly asked for them to add sugar. The girl at the window hands me back my drink with it spilling out coffee and continues to glare at me. I called and asked for a manager and the girl that answered said there is no manager. I just lost my son ant a month old and this was supposed to be my first Mother’s Day so next time you treat somebody rudely maybe remind yourself you have no idea what they are going through. Let’s not put snotty little girls at the window.

No pay it forward here!
Bought a 20oz black coffee and paid with a gift card. My gift card was 4cents short, FOUR! I do not carry cash often and just cleaned out my vehicle so I only had my debit card….It’s fine. Not looking for a handout.. so they put 4 cents on my debit. Only for me to discover that there must be a minimum purchase amount that they did not make me aware of.. charged me a whole dollar!!! It’s not about the money obviously but geezzz… no “take a penny, leave a penny” jar around there… here’s to a $4.50 PLAIN BLACK COFFE. Everyone is always looking for a TIP for just mediocre service… but can’t help a customer with 4 cents.
Noted mistake on my end for not having any cash I guess. Just making everyone aware to be prepared for extra charges if you’re in the same situation as me.

We have learned that you can go there on Monday order something to drink and return on Thursday and order the same thing and it’s going to taste different. It doesn’t seem like they follow a recipe. Some days it tastes good other days it’ll put hair on your chest.

Great coffee but why do I always spend so much lol. My wife and I get a bagel and coffee and end up spending $40+ also why did you guys start only half filling the cup of donut holes?
ALSO and this is big to me. Stop asking for a tip. If I feel I received good service I’ll pay a gratuity happily. Especially when the drive through person is good!
