Visiting from out of town and saw West Coast Sourdough near my location. Really wanted a sandwich and had never heard of this place before. Upon arriving, wasn’t greeted and after the person in front of me ordered, the associate walked off. Upon returning, the associate asked me what I wanted…blank faced and cold. She then rushed me through my order and it was apparent she was not very happy or not having a great day. The vibe was off-putting to say the least. Surprisingly, the sandwich I ordered was very good. I’m not sure if I’d return when in the area again. Sadly, I see this poor customer service in many establishments now. Of the three people working there, only one person acknowledged me on my way out. The associate who took my order I never saw again after my order was placed.

Dissapointed to say the least. Place was empty which shouldve been my sign to go. Ordered the cracked turkey pepper and went back to my hotel. The sandwich was sloppy and the ingredients just fell out as I ate. Bite after bite, the bread was hard and the ingredients just left a mess. Should have gone to subway.

Worker had headphones in and was very rude. Whole empty sitting area was a mess with so sense of urgency to clean it. There was only one clean table out of every single table being open. There’s clearly a doordash sign and a “pick up here” sign and she rolled her eyes at me when I went to pick up an app order at the pick up sign and she said “go over there”. I ate inside.

Visited this location for the first time today. The ladies working has no sense of urgency despite the volume of people waiting for their food. They were nice, but what got to me the most was the lack of awareness of their gloves. They would put them on after handling the register, but then touch everything else with them on while also handling the food. One of the ladies was even leaning on the wall using her gloved hand while loading and unloading bread just to then begin making sandwiches without changing gloves. I think they need to be retrained on what the intention of the glove is if they will be continuing to handle food.
