My first time here. With that in mind I might be willing to give them another try. But today the get two stars. The fries were soggy, and the chicken fingers were rubbery. The flavors I thought were bland, including the slaw. No complaints with the service or atmosphere.

Drove 45 minutes to eat here because we were craving Zaxby’s and they didn’t disappoint. Tried the shrimp along with the chicken fingers and it was just as great as everything else. Cashier was super friendly and brought our meals out to our table when they were ready. Great food, nice and clean inside, friendly people at the counter. What more could you ask for.

Visited this Zaxby’s this evening after waiting several weeks to try it again. Have been to several others with good experiences but not this one. Employee taking orders seemed to have an attitude in the drive thru and the employee making orders kept asking what we had ordered. Waited at least 10 minutes for 2 tender meals and 2 wings/tenders combos for the food to not be fresh, wings had no sauce and fries were not seasoned at all. Food was barely edible. Not sure I’ll return to this one. Would much rather drive to Evansville.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Order was placed quickly. Food came out in decent time. Employees were nice. Establishment was clean for the most part. Tables needed wiped down, there were some crumbs laying around. Chicken felt like pretty decent quality. Breading isn’t thick and heavy or flaky, more light and thin. Seasoned pretty decent. Sauces were quite salty to me. Fries were good. Coleslaw was pretty decent also. All in all, it did what I was looking for. Nothing super impressive. Prices were probably fair, maybe slightly high.

Live out of town and don’t have any Zaxby’s around. Visited here on 8/3/25. Food was hot and juicy. Zax sauce was yummy. Customer service was good. Prices are decent considering fast food prices have gotten ridiculously high! Would come back if passing through town again.

We were in town for a basketball tournament this weekend. Unfortunately, Zaxby’s has nothing vegan friendly so my wife and I did not eat here.
My son asked for Chick-fil-A after his first game and we were surprised to find Jasper didn’t have one. So instead of grilled nuggets from there we went to Zaxby’s and he got grilled chicken fingers. He went back for dinner and got more grilled chicken fingers and added fried pickles the second trip. The food looked and smelled really good. My son enjoyed his day of Zaxby’s food!
I was fascinated with the drive thru they have. Instead of a second window they have an automated door they come out of and bring your food out. It’s a great idea!

We love the local Zaxby’s. Service is always friendly and speedy. We have young children and the staff always give them free snacks and goodies every time we go. Very kid friendly. Good food.
