This was another miss for me. I’ve ordered twice from here, the first time was lunch and that was just okay but I decided to give them another try.
This time I ordered the Migas Plate, which came with rice and beans and I found that I had to add quite A LOT of seasoning to taste anything, but the biggest complaint I had was that the dish consisted mainly of tortilla strips and not a lot of egg, and the tortilla strips were rubbery.
Something tells me that the third time will NOT be a charm!)
On the upside, the green salsa was really good, but the red salsa tasted very strange, like it was spoiled.

One pastor and one barbacoa taco! Both were delicious. I got the red mild salsa, but I should have gone with spicy. The pastor

This is such a unassuming gem! Tucked between the gas station and mojo coffee – this food truck has clean workstations, friendly staff, fresh and well-portioned food, and the prices can’t be beat! We’ve been back on a couple occasions and everything we’ve tried has been tasty. Corn tortillas are an option for the gluten-sensitive folks out there!

I love authentic Tacos and saw the good reviews so I gave this place a try. I have to say I was quite disappointed. They are expensive although they’re bigger so at least they don’t short you on food. However, there was no flavor at all. The barbacoa was really tender but had 0 flavor. Same with the Asada, it had no seasoning at all. The compechena tacos were okay but still only 5 out of 10. The green salsa was the best part but the mild red and spicy salsa was very strange and had off flavors.
At $16 for 4 not very good tacos, I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can find a lot better in the area.

Exactly what you want out of a taco truck. I get migas breakfast tacos, al pastor and asada beef lunch tacos. Decent rice. Amazing flavor, good prices. And the green salsa is amazing.
