So, after hearing about this new BBQ restaurant I decided to give them a try. Knowing one of the owners (Scott Kennedy) from working together in EMS I can honestly say that ResQ BBQ is definitely on point. I had the rib plate, a side of brisket and fries. The amount of food I got for the price was worth it. The ribs had a fantastic smoky flavor and the brisket was marbled and absolutely delicious. I’ve had a lot of BBQ, some good, some not so good and some absolutely exceptional. ResQ BBQ is in the exceptional category. So if you’re in Ashford, stop in and give them a try. Whether you dine in or get it to go, you won’t be disappointed.

We ordered ribs, pulled pork, baked beans and Mac & cheese for out team of about 40 folks, the food was prepared on time and was absolutely delicious. All of it was cooked just right with the pork and ribs moist with a nice smoke flavor. Everyone on the team commented on how good it all was. It was some of the best smoked ribs and pulled pork I have ever had.

Don’t sleep on this place! Amazing food, great service and relaxed atmosphere…I’m pretty picky about BBQ and I am happy to say that their food is flavorful without having to taste like nothing but smoke, and their sauce selection is great too. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
