We were excited to try this place. The food looked great in the photos and we love supporting small businesses. We tried the General Tsos, teriyaki chicken, walnut shrimp, and chow mein. The teriyaki chicken was completely fridge cold yet I saw them bring it out fresh so not sure why it was so cold. The flavor had potential though. The walnut shrimp’s flavor was good but the coating was soggy and falling off the shrimp. The general tsos chicken was too sour and salty. The chow mein noodles were soggy and way too salty. Needless to say, we ended up dumping about 80 percent of our food because it was not enjoyable. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was their opening night and we came later in the evening. There is a lot of potential. I am hoping they will refine everything. I think I will give them a try again when they are better established.

I got the sweet and sour chicken with rice. The rice was hard and crunchy. The food was not hot, the chicken was just okay. They also charged $1.25 for a refill which is a lot! The whole red arrow concept is amazing, I just wish they could figure out better food options.

Save your money! My husband & I were excited to try. We ordered a 2 meat plate & a 3 meat plate. The food had no flavor & was dry. Very disappointed. Not 1 thing was good, not even the rice. At least we tried it, but we won’t be going back.

Food had good flavor. The orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were good. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars were the noodles. They could use more seasoning.

The teriyaki chicken wasn’t even teriyaki yo. The food had no flavor. The noodles look like they were from Maruchan and they were cut up or something. The orange chicken honestly wasn’t bad. Overall the food was cold and no flavor ✌ ✌ ✌

if i can’t rate 0 i would, i came in yesterday with my family. our food was cold and dry. the noodles needed some seasoning and the workers could use a smile. it felt like a cheap panda express, except there was no express. don’t eat here i wouldn’t again

I was not impressed. I think they forgot to turn on the warmer as most of the food was cold. Except the walnut shrimp – It wasn’t ready initially when ordered. The general tso’s reminded me of overcooked popcorn chicken tossed way too lightly in sauce (very dry). I couldn’t bring myself to try the chow mien as it looked like just boiled noodles, and the fried rice was flavorless. The walnut shrimp came out and while it was hot, it tasted like cinnamon toast crunch with shrimp. The portion sizes could be a little better for the price, spreading out the rice on the plate doesn’t make it look better. Positives – The staff were nice.

Don’t go in expecting Panda Express. you’ll be in for a shock. It feels like they just trucked in a bunch of frozen chicken and called it a grand opening. They definitely needed more time to figure things out.
