Ordered online, took longer than I had expected but then again it was during the lunch rush and I witnessed a few very large orders going out, so no biggie honestly.
This was my first time finally trying the pizza puffs as they’d been on my list to try since coming out. I’ll say this, they were very good and the price is very fair however, I think they overcooked mine just a tad bit. I’ll try the pepperoni ones next time.

Was it a little overcooked? For sure. Was it the soggiest, most wet crazy bread sticks I’ve ever had in my life? Absolutely. But I heard the manager and the new employee doing their best and having a good time. If I had simply gotten my food, and left – I would never have remembered this place. I got an experience and a lap full of grease and stained my pants but I’m giving this place 5/5 to counterbalance on the 1/5 reviews.

Ordered a standard extra most bestest, and the pizza was flat and dense, white under cooked spots all over the bottom of the crust, cheese was scabbed up, and there was too much sauce so the scabbed up cheese was just sliding off the moment you tried to handle the pizza. Wish I spent a few more bucks and gone to any of the pizza places on either side of the store.
If had to guess not enough yeast, and/ over worked dough, or over proofed, the pizza screens you guys use are clog up with burnt on gunk and coding inconsistent heat on the bottom of the crust. As well I suspect you guys have oven temp up higher or slowed down the oven belt speed to compensate for the undercooked pizza bottoms. Whatever it is fix it because this one of the worst pizza I’ve had from little Ceasar’s in years. Which is disappointing first few time I came here pizza was good, but ever since it’s been rapid and steady decline in quality.

Worst Little Caesars in all of Las Vegas, have visited the store a total of 12 times since it opened, you would think that I would have learned by now, they never have anything ready, every time I get told there is a 10–15-minute wait time, lunch break is only “30 MINUTES” long and to top things off the staff or management doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in, several times have sat in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before anyone even comes up to the counter and the one and only time I was able to pick up a Hot and Ready, the thing was cold as a brick like as if it had actually been sitting on the counter for a while. Someone needs to tell headquarters about this franchisee and how they just care about the money that they are “RACKING” in on a daily basis and not caring about the quality of the food or customer service for that matter!!!

Every time I come here there’s a problem burnt food, wrong toppings not doing the crazy crust waiting 30 minutes on an online order. I’m insane because I keep coming here thinking it’ll get better.

Absolutely horrendous. I don’t know how this place is still operational.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant.
Ordered two large pizzas, one of which is supposed to have “100 pepperonis” and asked for them to be well done, along with the crazy bread. (Our family likes it crispy.)
It seems the employees did not like my request so they intentionally undercooked everything. Each pizza was RAW and cold when it arrived. The crazy bread might as well have been Play-Doh as they were all raw.
The pizza puffs were raw and cold runny liquid came out as you bit into them.
The onlt thing edible in my order were the bottles of Pepsi I got. As they were the only thing not tainted by the the lack of effort from this establishment.
As for the fanceroni pizza, please refer to the photo below to show you what was given to me. I might as well have ordered a cheese pizza as half the slices didn’t even have pepperoni and others had all 100 on a single slice.
How is this acceptable? Whoever is running the store should be fired. Better yet, this entire store should be shut down and investigated for health and safety violations.
Do NOT spend any time or money here. You’re asking to get food poisoning and be handed non-edible trash in exchange for your money.

Picked up my pizza, and it was burnt. I told the Little Caesars employee, and he then throws the pizza to the ground. He got an attitude, and the employee said that’s what happens when it’s in the warmer too long!
He proceeds to give me a second pizza, and it’s just as burnt again.
This employee should not be in customer service, and attached is the employee and the second burnt pizza I was given.

Worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. They are usually 30 minutes behind when the order says it’ll be done. Their staff don’t acknowledge you once you step into the building. Terrible experience, terrible staff, I showed up when the app said my pizza would be ready and once again I’m having to wait an additional 30 minutes and I still don’t have my order of one pizza.

They’ve gotten my order wrong the last few times but this last time I didn’t get the toppings I ordered on my pizza and it was burnt,just burnt cheese. The manager did not care. She just said she could not do nothing for me. She didn’t even ask me what the problem was. She just said she couldn’t do nothing for me.So unprofessional.

This is honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had, when getting this place the expectation is already low but this is ridiculous. It was quick I will give them that but they didn’t have change for a $100 and it’s 4:50 pm. Ok fine whatever I pay with my card. I only live down the street it didn’t take me more than 7 minutes to get home and the pizza is ice cold. Somehow the pizza is both burnt and under cooked at the same time it’s almost comical, the middle is completely undercooked from the bottom and somehow the pepperonis on top are burnt… how is this even possible. The pizza was cut all lopsided and I couldn’t even take a second bite it was so bad. I took a picture but it doesn’t even do it justice how terrible it actually is. I got some crazy bread and they’re completely soaked in water and floppy, again how? How can you mess up this bad, this is my second time coming here I gave it another chance but never again. Seriously don’t waste your time and money here.
