Worst place ever, PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. Food is moldy, servers using their hands to serve food, server had an important call that she had to be on, I had to wait for her to finish her phone conversation before she would talk to me. I honestly was shocked and not sure how this place even stays open

I pulled in at 5pm and store hours show open till 7pm yet no fresh food, only option was chicken or steak and all she had was cheese to put in my tacos, no salsa, guacamole or sour cream. Horrible atmosphere

It was absolutely delicious when it first opened… I loved it.
But since then… it has gone down hill and absolutely disgusting. They now serve wrotten old food… lettuce is brown and cheese smells old and gross, it’s always dirty, never clean tables, and they are always blaring rap music with cuss words and using the “N” word, the employees have disrespectful attitudes. Especially don’t go on the weekends…. it’s way worst on the weekend shifts

Honestly, this place should just be closed permanently. So much potential in a small town that needs food options and not a single person in charge cares about any aspect of it. Such a shame.

Keep seeing these places pop up and decided to try it. Service is terrible. How can you have at least 6 employees and only one person actually serving. The “tacos” are flour tortilla and your topping options are extra cost, except tomatoes. The salsa bar is meh at best. Overall, skip this place. If you’re craving tacos there are hundreds of better options.

Supposed to be open until 8, but they consistently either close early or have no meat out. Just close at 7 if you can’t be bothered to operate the last hour of the day. It’s incredibly frustrating to come in at 720 and be told all that’s available is beans and sausage.

Waited 20 minutes to be told they are out of flour tortillas and only 2 meats items available (and no, I’m not blind Rick… but when they have people cooking in the back and only one person up front, you’d think more food would come out). This happened to me last time as well. Not enough people working and not enough prep for meal times. Wont be giving this place a third chance.

This place is terrible. Tried 4 times because there are no good restaurants in Platteville. This is even worse than the Double Tree. Out of the four times, either no cheese, no meat of any kind, when I did get meat it was shoe leather carnitas that were so dry dry and salty I threw it the trash. They were out of ALL salsas. What a joke
