My mother and I came in Monday. She’s elderly and was unsure of what to get. The lady at the register was so kind with her and made suggestions. While we were enjoying our meal, the same lady came to our table as well as all others to check on us to see how we were doing and asking we needed refills on our drinks. This was my first visit to this location and now our new favorite. We will definitely be back!

The service was slow today. I’ve been to this location two other times and it’s always slow. I arrived in line at 833 didn’t get my food until 847. I only payed attention to the time initially because I had started a text thread when pulled in to order. There may have been five cars in front of me. Two cars in the mobile app line. When I moved up to the pick up window. The three cars behind was given their food first. Unlike the other locations I visit. They run the lines quickly.

What an absolute disaster of a Chick fil A. We preordered catering, arrived to pick up, and I didn’t see a single employee approach the dine in or take out counters for almost 12 minutes. There were elderly people, women with children, people trying to get to work just trying to get something to eat. Everyone stayed in the kitchen area and didn’t acknowledge anyone. I finally flagged someone down and was then reprimanded for not telling them sooner I was there to pick up the catering order. I have never had such a horrible experience at a fast food establishment let alone a CFA in my life. The company should remove the franchise owner from ownership immediately.

I had a great experience here today. Dalton was super attentive and really put a smile on my face when I placed my order. The food came out quick and it was delicious! Great first time experience at this location, will definitely be back!

Twice now the evening crew has been unprofessional and rude. During the day, this location is up to par with Chik-fil-a standards but as soon as it’s night, it feels like a McDonald’s. Long wait times, no communication, just terrible.

Never been to chick fil an and never understood the hype. The granddaughter had to have it! I got the chicken deluxe combo with tea and substituted for kale salad. I must say that is one terrific, crispy sandwich! The kale salad is awesome! Servers were pleasant and fast with the order. I will definitely be back!

I come to this location twice a week and it’s always great- except when one particular manager is on duty. When she works, I always get charged extra for a sun joy even though I only ask for a splash of lemonade in my sweet tea.

My daughter n I visit again last night and this has happened twice so far..which is sad for new location.. Mobile line is very strange.. you pull up next in line n cars behind u get orders 1st.. weird thing no associate stops n say hey we’ll be right with you just walk pass with no acknowledgement at all.. This isn’t the Chick Fil – A experience that im familiar with.. we eat there at least 2 to 3 times ..

Purchased a Cobb salad last night. It was pretty much lettuce. It barely had toppings and some were missing. Check your salads before leaving. I spent over $30 just to get home to 2 salads missing toppings with only a ton of lettuce.
