Store was only 3 miles away so it seemed sketchy, when I called to confirm with store that PBG Medical Center was in their delivery zone. The person who answered said they didn’t know and left me on hold. I picked corporate delivery over Door Dash Big mistake. Order was for main hospital,confirmed room number as well as cell. Paid tip but and even had someone wait ahead of time at Hospital Security, so driver wouldn’t have to wait for nurse to come to security desk. Long story short pizza never arrived. Called store told them I had someone waiting at security.First the MGR said driver dropped order off at ER, then changed story to dropped off at 2nd security station. I asked why the driver didn’t call cell listed on order. Her reply was driver didn’t speak much english, and she didn’t know if they could read english. She said she was new and didn’t know the name of the franchisee or office phone or address. Guessing with this kind of experience, probably got lucky, as the stores sales volume probably sucks and probably is NOT going through product quickly enough to have fresh ingredients or meaningful quality control. jmho

I ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with chicken, capsicum, onions, extra cheese, and garlic crust. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. The chicken was tender, the veggies were crisp, and the extra cheese made it feel indulgent without being greasy. The garlic crust added a really nice savory touch, and the hand-tossed base had that soft-yet-slightly-chewy texture I enjoy. Portion-wise, it was enough to comfortably feed 2–3 people, and everyone liked it.
Now for the Alfredo pasta – this is where things fell short. The portion was surprisingly small — around half the size of what I’ve received when ordering the same item in-store. The pasta itself was made with fresh ingredients, but it tasted bland. It was very salty and had no herbs, spices, or seasoning to bring out the flavor. Just felt underwhelming overall, especially compared to how flavorful the pizza was.
Delivery was fast, which I appreciated. But there were no sides included – no ketchup, garlic powder, or chili flakes, which are usually expected with pizza and pasta orders. Those little things really add to the experience and were noticeably missing.
Overall:
✅ Pizza – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.
❌ Pasta – tiny portion, salty, and too basic.
⚠️ Sides/condiments – not included.
⚡ Delivery – fast and efficient.
Would definitely reorder the pizza, but I’d skip the pasta next time or ask for extra seasoning. A few small improvements could really elevate the whole experience.

Domino’s needs to stick to pizza. Their steak subs are nothing but paper thin burnt meat. They weigh the meat before cooking & it shrinks to nothing. I only gave a 3 star because the delivery people are awesome & professional. Brandon the manager had no personality & thought the sandwich he sent was ok & justified. He did have another one delivered. It had maybe 2 more pieces of thin steak. Kudos to Brandon for trying again but for $8.49 it was a joke & not worth it. I know he follows the protocol but next time I will order a pizza.

This is the only place we get our pizza. We love the pan pizza and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. Thomas is always so friendly and does a great job managing the store. We always leave knowing we are walking out with a hot pizza!

UPDATE: We have now gotten 2 pizzas in a row with the toppings crushed and stuck to the box. I tried calling the store and it goes to voicemail. It is completely unacceptable to have something like this happen and then you can’t even contact customer support. We will not be ordering from here again. Very sad when our initial experiences with this store were so positive. Absolutely ridiculous. The first phot 0is the first time this happened, and the second is this time.
We order from this dominoes a lot and are usually so happy with it. It tastes great and it’s fast. However lately their attention to detail has been lacking. Last time we ordered online we selected the pizza to be “pie cut” instead of square and it came square cut ( i know that seems small, but it was annoying). Today we ordered and when we opened the box upon delivery the cheese was all over the inside of the box. Very disappointing.

The only reason why there is a 1 star on this review is because I had to in order to leave this review. We have had it with this dominos. First experience was with the “manager” whose name is peaches her name does not even deserve to be capitalized. They took more than a hour to deliver our pizza and they kept hanging up on us when we called the store. Finally of course a cold pizza arrived. Now , second experience with someone by th name of “Tomas.” Who guess what ? ALSO hung up on us and refused to answer our calls when calling to find out where our food is. FINALLY the pizza arrives and instead of a large chicken buffalo pizza all we got was what looks like a medium bc it sure as heck is not A LARGE. Also, the buffalo sauce was missing. So let’s order a buffalo chicken pizza without the buffalo. This is now personal because it is believed this store had a record of our address or name and they have now chosen to make this very personal. I’ll be sure to take this up the chain. Dear peaches brianna and tomas, if you dont want to do your job then go pick up trash because well you will have something more in common thann treating people with respect and dignity. It’s very clear that all the reviews here mentioning peachy and Tomas are either made by their own friends or these reviewers must have had a gun to their head.
