First of all I asked for stuffed mini everything bagels like three times and got plain bagels
Totally fine. I love bagels. I love cream cheese. They were hot and fresh -delicious
The man on duty was kind, helpful, The facility looked pretty clean so the atmosphere was okay- nothing special just very meh
And I had also ordered a ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croissant. It was lukewarm at best and I’m going to add a picture and hopefully you can see what I saw- It was definitely not fresh
I also asked for a caramel iced coffee and it was delicious

Minus stars if I could. Service is nearly non existent. Drive thru- -was asked to wait “be right with you” then… waiting waiting waiting. 2 cars pulled up behind me.. waiting waiting.. So I went inside instead. 2 clerks, they were busy but no one else was inside. Neither one greeted me, nor acknowledged I was there. Waiting.. waiting.. waiting Finally left the store and will never go back.

Guy at the window mumbled the entire time. Only good thing was the frozen chocolate that you can’t really mess up. Out of most of their go to donut hole flavors at 11am. Barely cooked the hash browns you can visually see they are not fried correctly. The 11am crew just sucks. 5 star frozen chocolate on a good note!

Used to love coming here all the time but now not so much. The service sucks now and the staff is the worst. Tried going in for my medium coffee today on national coffee day with a purchase of an item and they said no, acted like they didn’t know anything….??? I also had to get off from drive through cause the scanner not working so I went inside and it was just worst, waste of time.

After waiting over 10 minutes for 2 drinks and 1 donut. We got a donut which looks like someone took a bite from. One of the coffees wasn’t even ready when we got to the window, when they asked what else we were waiting for, and we told them a HOT toasted white chocolate latte. They gave us an iced coffee, they even asked twice if it was Hot or iced!

I come here every morning, and I am always greeted by my first name and they genuinely seem happy to be doing their job.
This whole staff is so welcoming to me and makes my morning trip more worth it.
It’s also one of the only Dunkin’s that truly makes my drinks accurate everytime.

I had a rubber gloves wrapped up with my sandwich. I had four tater tots. Went back around and got my food replaced. Still had for tater tots and my sandwich was cold.
