Took the family here for the first time last night we we’re just looking for a place to eat since we were staying at the hotel down the street. This place was amazing! The pizza was great a little much crust but the flavor was great, we also tried the wings my oldest son absolutely loved, the baked spaghetti was actually my favorite dish it was pretty dang good, the chicken Alfredo was kinda ok but still good. The staff was very friendly IDC what other people’s reviews say we felt welcomed and they were friendly. We found out they do movie nights on Wednesdays and have free treats for the family’s that is amazing! Keep up the good work.

My dad really wanted to try the pizza buffet mentioned when I asked about available ones in our area so off we went to the Pizza Factory in Woodland with hopes high!
First off, the customer service is lacking. They’re definitely going through the emotions and seem a bit checked out. Thankfully, they did put out some fresh pizzas (upon request) because the others that were out looked like they had been out for hours. We ended up asking for a regular cheese pizza to be put out and one finally did come. It was the best pizza out of their options… just wish I didn’t have to pop my head into the back room to ask because they weren’t coming out for a long time.
I was surprised my son was eating the other pizza with toppings on it. He must have been hungry. The flavors were nothing special and the crust was soggy and thin.
I’m grateful the salad bar was at least good. Everything looked clean and tasted fresh. The Lemonade was weak (I think they needed to be changed) and there wasn’t soap in the bathroom. However, the dining area appeared to be clean.
The price was the best part. The lunch buffet Mon-Sat 11-2pm is $14.57 for pizza, salad, and a refillable drink… and they honor military and senior discounts! Oh and kids under 10 are free. Wow!
OK. So all-in-all to be fair and honest… they get a 3-star only because they weren’t quite a 2. Would we come here again? Probably not. If we lived nearby, would we? Probably only for the salad bar. For the price, we don’t feel ripped off. But my dad (and I agree) feel there are better pizza options out there for sure!

I hope this comes across as valuable feedback and not just straight up criticism. Because we would like to see local businesses succeed.
Our pizzas were practically inedible. We ordered a pesto and sundried tomato and garlic pizza with rock hard sundried tomatoes, and no garlic flavor.
We also got BBQ Chicken pizza. It was just covered in BBQ sauce. Just way too much sauce, couldn’t taste any thing else in the pizza.

I have been with you from the start, I have those first receipts. Through the 2nd year slump and some quality control issues. Once or twice walked away, throwing hands up in the air, confused about changing sauce flavor or crust texture/technique; trying better to understand this crazy love between man, and pizza shoppe. I don’t want to fight anymore. Fact is, you’re beautiful just the way you are.
And what they don’t understand is, right now you are thriving. You are in a personal pizza renaissance. You did my birthday pizza, 2026– it was delicious, did you know it went to a packed ballroom dance competition, where I did NOT share it with anybody, because MY pizza? And how we danced.
The follow up pizza was just as good. You’re in your stride, man.
Over the years I have watched your Google rating ebb & flow, which it surely must, and played agnostic, just observing. I believe it is presently far too low. I believe, in some cooky, crazy way, I guess I’m saying: you are my perfect 10.

Team Ultimate Exposure William & Bug
So we were wanting to try this place and we did. Stop in last night while we were walking the pup. We got a order of garlic Cheese bread. This came out different then expected but was still tasty. Just wish it would have come with some Mariana sauce for dipping. We also got a Greek salad which was nice and then a Hawaiian Pizza. The pizza had a great crust and the ingredients seemed nice and fresh. Just wish there was a little more sauce on the pizza . Now this place has just opened so we know it is going to be great. The staff was friendly and you can dine in or take out here. They are all still finding there way it seems but we think this place will be a nice addition to the area

Good taste. Ok service. Once again not a fan of tipping in advance without knowing how good the service would be. Pizza could have used a slight retention layer of cheese. But it was good. If I’m in the area, I’ll definitely come back.

Pizza Factory is like that dear family member you don’t get to see that often, but when you do, it’s like you never left.
We typically seek Pizza Factory when we travel. We were lucky to find one on our way back from Mt. St. Helen (we’re from CA).
They didn’t disappoint. The pizza was superior as usual — crust crispy and light, just enough sauce, plenty of pepperoni. They even have around premium beer taps!

Stopped in for a quick afternoon bite while traveling from Medford to Port Angeles and it was great! Split a lasagna with Katy and the tomato sauce was awesome! Best of all this is a family run business by folks who really care. If you want a quality experience with excellent food this is your number one choice hands down!

I wanted to bring my family here to try the buffet. But after reading all the reviews, and hearing about the lack of customer service and then reading about hassling people for a tip during the ordering process seems a little weird. But we definitely are not going to subject ourselves to this place based on the vast majority of negative reviews, and then the replies by the owner are truly lacking compassion and customer service. If you ordered a few pizzas from me and didn’t like it at all I would completely offer you a refund in full.

Opening day at the Pizza Factory. My family and I were greeted with friendly faces. We played it safe with some twist bread and a pepperoni sausage pizza and few drinks. A few hiccups at the register, but it was all good and fun. The front end are very nice!! The place has lots of room and seats for dining in. The garlic twist bread was delicious, gonna try it with cheese next time. The pizza was good, could have been better though. So the toppings and sauce was great and the texture of the crust was spot on. The only issue is the crust was bland, which was sad because everything else was perfect. I will be going back though.
