Stopped at Carolina BBQ after seeing the highway signs while on a road trip. The home-style food on the buffet was very good. Great fried oysters, fried fish, ribs, pulled pork, greens, and chicken in every style you could want. We will stop again next time we pass this way. We do recommend that the owners pay more attention to the building maintenance, especially the restrooms.

The price was excellent. The buffet was neat and there was a huge variety of foods and salads, and desserts. The food was changed often. The wait or was singing softly a beautiful song as we ate and he kept filling our cups and changing our plates. The female waitress continuously refilled our glasses with water, sweet tea, fruit punch, mellow yellow, and soda. We were a party of like 50 people. They were all wonderful!!! From the cashier to the waitress to the wait or and the cooks. A wonderful place. Did I say the food was delicious!!!!!!!

Ate there on a Saturday night in July. Loved it. Fried oysters and chicken livers were awesome. Delicious shrimp. Plenty of other goodness. Building is drab but food is awesome. As was the sweet tea. Definitely want to go back.

Nice place. We arrived today (Sunday) at 1145 am; fried fish and shrimp was barely warm; had been re-heated. Spaghetti was warm and tasted as a Cisco option. Food was fairly good but little to no seasoning. Understand there are a lot of customers to please. Will come back but not a designated drive from Richmond, Virginia as we did today.

The best seafood in our area on Friday and Saturday nights. The scollops are the best I’ve ever ate. The steamed shrimp are amazing and for the price you can’t beat it. The only thing the last time I went in June it was hot in the restaurant. But, the food was still great. Our waitress was the sweetest, best waitress we ever had. The cooks were very nice I stuck my head in just to tell them they were doing a great job. Going back this Friday. Can’t wait to see them all.
