Acme Burgers…The one right here on Yulupa she told me, then she starts telling me about all the different menu items, and I truly believe she listed each item..in detail no less! Then get this..she goes on and on about where to park, which spots have the best shade, and which spots have the best and easiest backing out! Ooh, and it’s not over! She starts in on Yulupa avenue and how the street itself has gone down hill over the years, and she’s not talking about the quality of the asphalt, this hairball is talking about the people, places and things to do on Yulupa avenue! She said many years ago.. Yulupa was in the top three of all the streets in Santa Rosa! And, she must know because she’s all of about 25 years old! I finally told her…Look lady all I came in here for a haircut…okay! She must be related to the owner of Acme burgers, because as I was walking out she yells out..get the pulled pork sandwich, it’s the best!

We were excited to hear that Acme was opening on this side of town, and went right when they opened. There was a mix-up where another customer decided to take off with our order (this stuff happens, no big deal), but the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to get our order remade quickly. They even insisted on giving us a complimentary milkshake while we waited—we certainly didn’t expect this, but we did really appreciate the outstanding service. We’ve been back twice since, and the food is consistently great. Excellent quality with very reasonable prices—I especially love the pickles.

We ate here for the first time, today. My chicken sandwich and my husband’s burger were SO salty, couldn’t taste anything but salt. Maybe it was an accidental double salting error (?). We wanted to say something, but we were in a hurry and starving. Daughter loved her fried chicken sandwich and the tots and onion rings were great.

We came in with our toddler in tonight and were greeted by very warm and friendly staff. The burgers were perfect for a quick dinner on the go. One of the staff came over and brought some toys over for our son to play with. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the excellent service!

We went with 7 people, 3 disabled. The staff found a table for us, dealt well with behavioral issues and made us feel welcome with wheelchairs and walkers. Plus the pickles are amazing!!!
