Me and my mom go and get food there all the time it’s usually not busy. But lately it has been but we haven’t minded waiting in line. Today I decided to order online while waiting in the drive through. I waited 20 mins to even reach a speaker but it stilll didn’t bother me because I as well work in the food industry. When I got to the speaker I asked if I could pick up my mobile order here and the person on the headset said they prefer if I didn’t and came inside because it’s hard to see who’s is who’s I understood but was a little frustrated she said it was fine tho and js warned me or next time I thanked her and went to the window I got to the window and was greeted with rude stares about 4 worlds huddled by the window I was already uncomfortable. She tried to give me only my food without the drinks and I kindly reminded her of my drinks and she asked what I had and I told her that it didn’t let me choose online but I wanted a Diet Coke and a Dr Pepper They gave me js plain cokes. It was disappointing and plain disrespectful.

We got food to go, it was good. The bag was over stuffed and ripped. The ranch was all over the floor. They replaced it with no problem.
We had to say something and it was replaced. I think they should use larger bags when it comes to boxed items. The corners rip the bags pretty easy.
I would suggest it to anyone who likes Taco Time.
Just be careful of the bags and enjoy.

Love the food the customer service is good nice smiling face on the employees that work here the homeless people in the area make hanging out in the parking lot or around the building not so great but I feel like in the employees were very welcoming

Decent fast food “Mexican”, but they are god awfully slow. It doesn’t matter how many people in line, doesn’t matter what time, doesn’t matter how many employees working, expect to wait a long time at the drive thru or inside after you order. Have never been to a slower “fast food” place in my life.

My husband picked up three soft tacos and tater tots. The tacos were very cold. The taters were Luke warm. We live less than 5 minutes away.

I come here to eat all the time, I always go through the drive through and most of the time it’s pretty fast service and my food is always fresh. The only times I get stuck waiting a longer amount of time is during busy peaks like breakfast and dinner rush

Can I give zero stars, because if I could I would. Crew that absolutely doesn’t care, FILTHY with the crew stepping on crushed out entire tacos, didn’t include my salsa even though I confirmed with her she had put it in the bag.
I also asked for no refried beans and more mexi nuggets instead for my fiesta platter. . They put beans in the container and instead of getting a new container they scooped the beans out and just added mexi- nuggets in the same place and laughed about while she did so. This was also the same girl who was starting to lock the door at 9:45pm when I arrived and flatly refused to let me order inside. She was laughing about it then as well. So. Very. RUDE.
