10/10 experience. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, which made the visit even more memorable. You can truly feel the care and hospitality behind this café. The coffee drink was absolutely amazing fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. We stopped by Café In for a coffee around 4:00 PM, just as Yasmine was closing for her lunch break. We completely understood and respected her schedule, and we were ready to come back later.
However, she was incredibly kind and gracious. With a wonderful attitude, she said it was no problem and that she would gladly prepare our coffee. She didn’t rush, she was patient, professional, and genuinely pleasant the entire time.
Our coffee was absolutely delicious, but what truly stood out was her exceptional customer service. Yasmine is a fantastic representative of your business. Employees like her make a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

I wish the Starbucks that used to be here never shut down. The service is here very slow. The coffee is way overpriced compared to Starbucks for the very small cups that are served here, The food also is nothing special and overpriced. The only thing positive that I can say is that the staff is friendly.

I love this place, local coffee shops bring such a great vibe to the area and this one is a great addition to the Edison Mall. The staff is amazing, friendly and adds to the overall experience. A must stop when shopping in tje area.

Amazing coffee and iced mocha lattes! And Turkish delights, too, including homemade bourek! Delicious Dubai chocolate. Superb service at a peaceful nook inside Edison Mall. Fort Myers is so lucky to have this taste of real Turkish coffee and baked goods. A new favorite spot.

I tried their spinach pastry and it was absolutely delicious—tasted just like homemade and was clearly prepared with great care.
They also had some great promotions going on when I visited, with options that were both affordable and filling. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was the perfect spot to relax during a shopping break.

I would rate higher but I came to get coffee for my boss around 11:15 with limited time. To my understanding they open at 11. Didn’t get to order till 11:24. The food is amazing just wish the service was on par. Not sure if it was an off day for them or maybe I got the time wrong, but I hope it improves.
