WARNING 1 inch PIECE of METAL In food.
Placed an order on 11/18/25 for around $60. Food was ok untill 11/20 when I just heated up some leftovers. After I took my 2nd bite my teeth game down on something hard. I spit everything out and found about an INCh long piece of SHARP METAL. Looks like it might have came off a can when then can opener sometimes leave a sliver of metal behind. Crazy big piece if you ask me. Rest of food going in the TRASH.
Called store on 11/20/25 at 2:00 pm and told them what I found. Was told sorry but the BOSS said no refunds I said well that’s crazy your food has a 1 inch piece metal in it. I then asked well how do you want me to send you a picture? I was then told do not worry about that. That they don’t wanna see it. I asked don’t you wanna know what it is so you can try to find out how it got in the food. I was told “NO we made a note on your number to look for metal next order.”
So I guess if you’re going to order from New China on 526 Hazel st in Wilkes barre. Then add please look for metal when ordering?

Order from here all the time and never have any problems tonight I ordered egg food young with no onions and long and behold there’s onions waited 10 mins for her to get her manager on the phone only for him to tell me bring the food back and he’ll fix it then turn around and have the lady call me back to say it’s not onions in the food it’s cabbage I know the difference between the two and on top of all of that they burnt the eggs very dissatisfied

I order chow main chicken with noodles, there were no noodles, the pasta was very different, like lasagna. The chicken didn’t even looked nor taste like chicken.

Ordered uber and yes I clicked add utensils plus asked for 10 soy sauce and it arrived with no utensils and 1 soy sauce. Chicken fried rice was terrible. They refused to refund my money, stay away and save your money

Neighborhood Chinese Restaurant that does not accept any type of debit/credit card in this day & age. Ordered Chicken Wings with House Special fried rice. My opinion House Specialist means: shrimp, chicken, snow peas, onions, scallions, and eggs. Did not have none of the items I listed and the chicken was rubbery! The chicken wings were tiny, made me think ext type of Chicken they use and food tasted salty. Not a hit at all. Will not order from there again.

Ordered 64.00 worth of food. 3 combos chicken / broccoli, pork fried rice. Egg roll, qt of sweet/sour chicken. Sweet/sour chicken made me severely I’ll. Vomiting/ Diarrhea shortly after consuming it. Phoned to report it to store. Manager did not care. Sad !

Food was great for a while but once they notice you’re a regular customer they start getting comfortable giving old food out. Gave this place multiple chances and just disappointed beware when ordering the general tso chicken or orange chicken they will give you old food also egg rolls are hit or miss whether they are old or soaked in oil
