It cost me $5.47 to get a medium fry because that was the default. Meaning that size or nothing. I wanted a fountain drink. So I ordered a sprite. He said if you want a drink the default size is a medium. Oh I asked what sizes small medium and large? Right? And he said “no only default medium”!
So I thought ok med. drink & fry can’t cost that much. $5.47. It may have been $5.49. It could have actually been $5.79. I don’t think I want to check it right now. I went to this place yesterday. That’s why I was giving it a three because why did I have to get “default” on everything?
But, I stopped here on the way back from kayaking. It is a nice clean store. Great bathroom to change in. Thank you very much. That’s why I bought something. Great easy parking. Nice dog area.
Service was great.
So I had to change your rating to a 4 because you had a super nice bathroom. I usually go a different way home. And gps was showing not too.
And if anyone reads my travels. I’m including a picture of my car with the kayaks.

On Saturday 1/31/26 at 11:10am I pulled up to the right side drive thru at the same time someone pulled into the left side. When the car on the left finished ordering the McDonald’s employee told me they were closing due to weather. The car to the left pulled up to the window to get their food. I was left explaining to my 7 year old that we were not getting chicken nuggets. I will not go back to this location.

I visit this location every day for iced coffee. Just don’t ask for a cup of water. They will make you go back through the drive thru and pay .20 cents. Ridiculous!

We have truly never had a good experience with this location. Fries always cold. Orders often not correct and when you go in to have them corrected it takes an act of God to get an employee for help.

t was National Cheeseburger day, and I accidentally redeemed my 50 Cent double cheeseburger at a different location for pick up. After realizing that I canceled the order and came to my local Sherrills Ford location and kindly ask would they honor it since I redeemed at the wrong location and I had already canceled my order at the Mooresville location. The response I got was no because they were not a part of the same franchise. I was literally shocked because the right thing to do taking care of a customer is to respond ma’am we’d be glad to take care of that for you. We’re sorry you places the order at the wrong location we would be glad to honor that instead I just gotta NO. Great customer service……this is not about a 50 Cent cheeseburger. It’s all about taking care of a customer, knowing you want them to come back.

Worst McDonald’s in the state not the first time I have had issues at this store. Went through the drive through after a 12 hour shift only for the attendant taking my order to be extremely rude only after saying the first 2 items of my order I drove off and went to Taco Bell. This is the final straw for me this store won’t see my money spent at this store until a new management or new owner signage is up.

Ordered chicken nuggets to put in a salad. It took forever, like they forgot. Then food shows up gratuitous and I drove away. It was grilled chicken and nothing spectacular. I had no issue with the price. My first time there and I was not impressed with the service.

This is crazy they mess up every order I pick up, like how do you forget to make a cheese burger the regular way like seriously I worked at McDonald before and it’s not that hard. I want my money back but I don’t even want to waste the time to drive to this dump!
