Absolutely horrible the little Indian dude tried to charge me a $1 per extra meatball not to mention he only gave me 8 meatballs on a foot long sub and proceeded to give me lip when I was respectful the whole time I told him to keep the sandwich. These things are why this location doesn’t get customers, I’ve never dealt with this at any other Subway location in OKC. 10/10 highly don’t recommend unless you feel like getting disappointed ♂️.

Worst Subway experience ever. This franchise is not meeting Subway standards by any means. I went through the drive thru ordered our meals on the kiosk. Get pulled to the window and first she said we didn’t have any coke, just Pepsi and wanted us to switch, I said that’s fine, then the next drink she was like I don’t have fuze raspberry tea, then the next drink , I don’t have sprite.. so 3 of our 4 drinks were switched. Then she comes back saying they do not have the buffalo sauces my daughter had picked for her sandwich, so they let her switch to barbeque sauce, then came back to say we don’t have barbeque what else would you like? Then she picked chipotle sauce. I finally asked what’s up with not having anything? I was told it’s not them , it’s the kiosk has old ingredients they no longer serve. It was the strangest Subway experience. I won’t be back to this location. They need to learn to order in their products or update their kiosk , or something. This was not the experience I’ve come to know from Subway. This franchise is a mess. And the 2 employees I dealt with didn’t seem to care about the customer experience.

A typical subway packed into a little shopping center. Lots of parking and was not busy around dinner time.
Store was clean and smelled of fresh baked bread. Workers promptly made our food with a smile and we’re friendly. Food was as expected.
The fountain machine is newer but has limited options. The Dr Pepper tasted off but the CocaCola was fine. We will visit again!

I’m so sorry that I tried this subway.
I should’ve known from previous experiences, at other subways, that no one that works here knows how to cut a sandwich with a clean knife.
I’m deeply concerned with health standards here if you think it’s okay to use someone else’s utensils on my food. I don’t know what was on that knife and I’m supposed to be okay with that?

There was no worker for at least 3-4 minutes when we entered store although there were two occupied tables with customers who had been served. I finally called out to the back and a young man appeared. The young man prepared the first sandwich with no problem. The flatbread he prepared was folded – like a taco – not rolled, nor cut in half, and was difficult to eat and certainly not up to the standards I was accustomed to from my local Subway. The sweet tea was little more than colored water, but the fountain drink was fine.

I ordered a sub through the mobile app for the first time. The app wasn’t telling me what time my order was going to be completed so I tried calling the store. Some lady answered an said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in, in about 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready, there was no one there, and she was playing on her phone. When I asked about it she started making it. The food was average but the toasted bun was hard as a rock.

They don’t pay attention to their dive through line, and the board doesn’t have all the menu options… but they added spinach to my sandwiches after 25+ minutes sitting in the line so that’s nice
