Great on the go snack for anyone who’s interested!!! Food was fresh out the oven, perfectly crisp, and radiant of flavor. Even though their sandwiches are what they’re known for, I’d highly recommend trying some of the drinks on their menu. They’re unique to this store, especially with their different choices of Asian flavored cold foams (black sesame, ube, etc.). Something to keep in mind is that there is limited seating (4 seats total), but 10/10 experience overall. Nothing but positive vibes!

Been wanting to try this highly rated Banh Mi shop and finally had a chance to pick up a Mr. Banh Mi and a Vietnamese iced coffee to go. Gentleman handling our order was polite and friendly. Glad to see it’s a small locally owned family business. The banh mi was fresh and well prepared overall. The bread is made in house from my understanding which is impressive. In terms of texture and taste of the bread it’s about average and I’ve had better at a couple of other Brooklyn Banh Mi spots. The veggies are finely shredded which is different than other spots however I did find it lacking a bit of zest. The minced BBQ pork filling is a take from the OG Banh Mi spot that’s been around 40 years in Chinatown. Speaking about filling/cold cuts – it’s your usual except banh mi filling just a tad less amount wise compared to others. The traditional mayo and pate was definitely on the light side or lacking. On to the iced Vietnamese coffee pretty decent taste as some decent spots. Overall I give them kudos for baking their own bread and for prep/presentation but price is a factor comparing other banh mi spots in Asian areas as $13 for a banh mi in Bensonhurst vs $8 to $9.50 in Bensonhurst/Sunset Park/Bay Ridge is a tough bite to digest unless possibly yours is significantly better/bigger than the others. But I still wish their shop to prosper.

Delicious affordable bahn mi sandwiches and great Vietnamese iced coffee. I tried the breakfast bahn MI and my son had the bulgogi bahn mi. Both were yummy.

Bulgogi fries and Bahn mi were really good!

The chicken wing sauce tastes like it’s missing something — not bad, just feels a bit incomplete.

The Thai iced tea ratio needs to be adjusted — it feels like there might be too much milk in it.

Overall, definitely will order again

We got the Mr banh mi and let me just say it’s the best banh mi I ever had. The bread is literally so crispy and airy at the same time, it’s actually insane. I’ll definitely be back to try out other things off the menu.

Amazing food and drinks. The owner makes fresh banh mi every morning. Service is quick and friendly. The wings and rocket shrimps are must order for apps. Banh mi and bowls are my favorite. Pair it with a Thai milk tea or Vietnamese coffee makes the perfect pick me up.

I really love this place bc it is a cute shop. But as much as I love the place, the food is not where it should be. An average bánh mì should cost around 8-10 dollars, so I was expecting good quality when it is priced around 13 to 15 bucks. But when I ordered mine, the baguette was old(?) where it was not toasty and crunchy but it was crumbly and powdery(?). I ordered two bánh mì bc I was craving it but have to end up eating only the filing bc the texture was really off putting. The filling is delicious! So was it worth 13 dollars? Not really. There is a Phở place around bit away that have a better bánh mì for cheaper prices. That’s another thing, I just find myself hard to come back when there are so many cheaper options nearby.

Food is decent and fast. Prices are on the high side. $12 should be a meal, not just a sandwich in my personal opinion.

I visited this place and was unfortunately disappointed because I thought I was getting authentic banh mi but did not. There’s no pate on the sandwiches.

Theres minimal seating and the place is small. The price is a bit expensive for what you get. I would come here if there wasn’t anything else open but will still be little hesitant because I know there are other banh mi places that taste more authentic and is cheaper.

It’s a gem in our neighborhood. The restaurant may be small, but it is incredibly clean and well-maintained. We have ordered takeout from here a few times and the food is always well-packaged and delicious. While it may be a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants, the quality of the food is worth the price.
