We were looking for coffee but stumbled upon this gaming cafe. Lee is very friendly and helpful. I tried my hands at the slot machines and it was quite fun. Ended up with some winning and got the coffee we came here for.

Would give lower review if I could. Walked in for a coffee and was told to leave because I had a vertical (valid and not expired) state issue driver’s license. Guy behind the counter first asked me why it was vertical, I explained, and then this moron says “you can’t be in here. it’s our policy not to serve vertical licenses.”

Walked in and was treated very poorly. Man behind the counter was rude. Snapped and said he was full, that we couldn’t be there. I’ve been there before and Never, NEVER was told we couldn’t be there. I stated we would wait, he raised his voice and told us we had to leave. Will definitely never step back into one of these stores or any of their sister stores. Business owners need to do background checks on their employees and train them better.

I’m giving this 1 a zero if possible Wednesday I took my elderly mom to have fun and my mothers license is expired and we understand the policy and respect that.What I didn’t appreciate is the associates tone she was very disrespectful to my mom and raises her voice at my mom Who is 70 by the way.She completely humiliated my mom .She needs training on how to treat customers.We came in on Tuesday 3/3/2021 .I hope the management knows what’s happening when they are not there .I truly hope this associate gets training on customer service
