Hands down the best smash burger in the city as well as the top impossible smash burger I’ve ever had. They also have impossible sliders which I’ve never encountered anywhere else. Everything here is perfection- the crispy fries are always seasoned perfect and fried correctly, the burgers are drool worthy, and the drinks are great (try the limeade). I love how it’s a small menu of perfectly executed items. I also love the vibe of the restaurant and the patio- no pretentiousness just great food. There is a reason this place keeps busy!

Stopped by doing ArtsGoggle and it was PACKED, but that didn’t stop Gustos from slinging out burgers left and right. I expected a much longer wait, considering the line was out the door. Great service and great smash burgers. The meat was crispy and not at all dry. I loved the seasoning they put on the fries. Also the patio was dog friendly! What a plus.

A lot of things to unpack. Seasoned well if you like flavor, bacon had a good bite and crisp, smash burgers were amazing, the onions are ACTUALLY caramelized which is crazy to believe with the deep flavor it was packing.

I always have this spiel about how everyone can make a good burger but so few people make a great one. Well, Gusto’s, you are now one of the few great ones in my mind. The beef was smoky and beefy and tasted totally unique. Most burgers, I forget in a few days. This one, I can still remember the flavor weeks later.
I got the Double Gusto and my husband got the Double Cheeseburger. Side of tots (deep fried yummm), side of fries. The fries were okay but I admit I ended up liking the tots so much more that I went back and ordered a side for myself… that they didn’t even charge me for because they wanted me to be happy with my order. Nice.
Ambiance was bustling, laid back, and fun. We sat for 3 hours chatting with another couple, ordered beers at the bar periodically, met one of the owners. Everyone was super friendly.
Can’t wait to go back. I am anxious to try the chicken nuggs/sandwich next.

It was our first time here. We didn’t know what to expect.
Definitely a bar with a bar vibe. Lots of younger folks having a nice time.
You order food and drinks at the bar. Us two older folks ordered beers, burgers and tots. You pay at the bar upon ordering. They accept cash and credit card and support tap to pay. You’re given an order number tent to place on your table.
The food took about 10 minutes to make and was delivered to our table.
The food was served hot. The Tater tots were lightly seasoned with pepper and maybe some salt. Ketchup bottles and napkins were on the table.
The burgers were great! Definitely no lean ground beef. The patties are made smash-burger style. Flattish and crispy. Our cheeseburgers had 2 patties, I think 2 slices of American cheese, pickles and ketchup. Mustard is also put on them but we asked for it to be left off.
I was told they cook the burgers in mustard. I found that interesting, though I picked up no mustard taste.
While the music wasn’t loud, there was a speaker pointed at nearly every table. We chose a round table near the bar as there was no speaker there.
All in all, though not our vibe per se, we enjoyed Gustos and will be back for burgers again.

Gusto had been on my places to try for a good while. Finally went and I’m so disappointed I hadn’t gone sooner! Got the backyard burger as sliders, Gustos tots, and a soda. The tots are a MUST, seasoned and topped with cheese, caramelized onions and gusto sauce, ugghhhh so good. The burger, everything about it was phenomenal!!! Crispy but juicy, slathered in toppings, messy and worth every bite. The decor and music are different. Not the esthetic I anticipated, but not bad. Only thing I would knock is that the establishment as a whole was a little dirty. Tables, floors, bench cushions, bathrooms, everything felt and looked dirty. Maybe its part of the odd esthetic? Maybe it was dirty? Who knows. But the food was bomb.

Okay, if you’re into smash burgers, you have to check this place out. Hands down the best I’ve had in Fort Worth. The patties are thin and crispy around the edges, super juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. They get that perfect sear that just hits different.
I got the double and it was chef’s kiss — everything from the bun to the sauce was on point. Fries were legit too — crispy, salty, and not greasy. The vibe of the place is chill and the staff was cool, quick, and friendly.
No fluff, no gimmicks — just seriously good burgers. If you’re craving something fast, fresh, and ridiculously tasty, this is your spot. I’ll be back for sure.
