Kim in operations at the corporation office needs to find a new job. She does not return calls and clearly this “the customers don’t matter” attitude is how their Taco Bell locations are told to act at well. Had an issue at one of their Georgetown locations and tried to get help to resolve it and that never happened. No matter how much you are spending on a meal, you deserve to be respected as a customer (as long as you are also being respectful). I found that to not be the case for this company and the Taco Bell’s they manage. Have been to two and you are treated more like a bother than a customer that is actually keeping them in business. Based on my experience or lack of call back, clearly from the top down, they don’t care about paying customers, so I’ll be making sure I don’t support them and root for them to close soon.

Visited one of their Taco Bell locations and had a major issue so I reached out to Kim in their operations team to help address it and received no response. I’d have to agree with the other reviews on here, first Kim needs to not be in here role and this company clearly does not give a care about it’s paying customers and this shows from there corporate office to their store mangers to the cashiers in their store’s. Spend your money somewhere else.

Went to the Taco Bell location on Williams drive-in Georgetown Texas. When I entered the store the girl behind the counter told me that I probably would want to go somewhere else because it will take a long time for me to get their food. Dude. They’re concentrating on Colin orders and drive-through.. So I left.. Went back yesterday 6 PM to try one more time Girl accounter said can you pick we don’t take orders account ordered the counter please order at the kiosk kiosk went to order at the kiosk it does not have the $5 Box items Asked the girl about it she came over couldn’t find it went back behind the court counter never said anything more to me than she proceeded to go outside and get on her cell phone meanwhile no one takes our order because they’re concentrating on to go orders and drive-through there was 2 cars in the drive-through there was 2 customers waiting on food inside there were 4 employees. Went to the a Taco Bell on Sunrise in RR! Go to drive thru, wanted to substitute grated cheese for the liquid cheese and was told there would be a 0.45 cent up charge to do so. I explained to him that they had never done that before (I go to that Taco Bell 3-4 times a week). He then argued with me about it. I asked him if he was actually going to argue with me about that and he snapped back that he was not arguing. I told him to cancel the order. I drive around to the parking lot, went inside to talk to the manager and was greeted by a very rude employee by the name of Nicholas who told me he would NOT be serving me and that I should leave (with customers in the restaurant). I told him that I would be calling corporate to report him and the incident. His response was “I hope I do lose my job”! Very bad service and very rude, incompetent employees!!! I will be contacting someone at Tacala further!! Stay away from that particular store. Taco Bell has never been the same since the Doziers left the business!

I went to this specific location 502 w william cannon austin tx, store number 030114 and got a 12 pack of tacos, and got home only had six, night manager was rude and incompetent over the phone,after being accused of cussing at her which was probably another unhappy customer because she started saying stuff about me cussing and talking about things i never ordered. All i wanted was a refund and not have to spend the same amount in gas that would buy me six more tacos having to back up there. She wouldn’t even look up my order number. # 322200
Me and 2 friends are disappointed and hungry for paying 20 bucks for 3 fries and 6 tacos.
Yours truly a lover of taco bell and hater of this location. And very upset customer. For not getting the food i paid for.

Dumpster fire of a taco bell franchise. All Georgetown locations have huge lines and are usually closed without telling people. You would have better luck getting edible tacos from a homeless heroine addict in downtown Austin than at these places.

Guy was on his phone mid service and pretended we werent there. Messed up our order because he was also busy on a phone call!
Kept interupting me, and wouldnt let myself finish explaining that i dont want certain things on my nachos.
Not a great experience honestly. Which is a shame, i used to work for a taco bell in temple, and we would never do that when there are customers in the lobby. Even swore after he noticed we were waiting for our drink cup.
Such a dissapointment really..

Absolutely horrible customer service and they will lock the doors to the dining room in the middle of the day like other people have said. I would not recommend you eating at any Taco Bell they own.
