I had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was packed with taste, and you can really tell the ingredients are high quality. The portions were great, and everything came out hot and exactly as ordered. On top of that, the service was friendly and the atmosphere made the whole meal even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. Five stars!

If You Leave District Crab Hungry… That’s On You.
Let me start by saying the small Pho bowl is a straight-up catfish. There’s nothing small about it. It showed up looking like it could feed a starting lineup—and the bench. Piping hot, rich, and served with jalapeños, chili oil, and bean sprouts on the side so you can customize your spice level like a pro.
The shrimp potstickers? Stuffed to the max and steaming like they just came out of a spa. Careful though—they’re hot enough to make you do that “I-just-burned-my-tongue-but-it’s-so-good-I-don’t-care” face. The beef eggrolls are just as packed and flavorful, with that perfect crunch that makes you wish you ordered more.
The staff is incredibly friendly—like “are we related?” friendly. Even the owners came out to check on us, which made the whole experience feel extra special. And if you’re in the mood for a great drink, head over to the bar and ask for Claudia. She made my fiancée a drink that looked so good I instantly regretted not getting one myself. Next time, I’m ordering two—one for me and one just in case.
All in all, this place is a total win. Come hungry, bring someone you like enough to share food with, and enjoy every bite.

They were out of egg rolls that did not have seafood in them. Bummer, because I really wanted to try the egg rolls. I had the fillet beef with noodles and it looked delicious. However beef was a bit chewy and had no flavor. Likely cooked in broth, needed some char to give flavor. Had to add a bunch of salt, but it did not help. Should have ordered Pho.

Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The restaurant has a casual feel, but the approach to food is anything but!
We had two appetizers: seafood stuffed fried mushrooms and lobster risotto cakes. Both were outstanding!
For entrees, we ordered snow crab and shrimp and smoked, grilled lobster tail. Mercy, we were so happy! For dessert, we shared ube cheesecake, which we had never had before. It was both beautiful and delicious!
Our server, Priscilla, was friendly and efficient. The chef came out a couple of times to check on us.

I have an obsession with pho. Minimum consumption of 1x/week. I also travel A LOT… so I try a TON of pho EVERYWHERE I go. Dare I say… this is the best I’ve ever had. Broth so flavorful and perfectly concocted and salted; ratio of noodles to protein: perfect; garnishes: fresh and presented in a nice arrangement and in proportionate quantities to add entirety to the bowl. The entire bowl is an immersion of heaven. THE FLAVORS AND TEXTURES ARE JUST WOW! I’m lamenting how I will have to wait to come back/ low key am trying to figure out how to carry on soup on a plane if you need a bowl of comfort, joy, medicine for the soul- hit up Lubbock, TX and get some pho from this spot. I’m fairly confident everything else on the menu is bomb but I’m hung up on that pho

Wow this place was FIRE!! I’ve been to the other few Pho places in Lubbock, and while they don’t suck, this one blew them out of the water.
Firstly, the portions are massive. Even the small bowl was so big I had to take some home. But secondly, the flavor was so addicting. The chicken pho almost had like a ramen (ish) flavor to it. It had such a strong chicken flavor, and came out so hot and just insanely packed.
I also had the beef pho with double brisket and eye of round steak. The broth was so light, while still having that bold beef flavor, and the meats were so tender. Once again this bowl was packed with so much meat, it was like meat heaven.
Our server was also very attentive and very quick. My water was never less than 1/4 full,, we never ran out of any napkins, and he constantly was making sure we had what we needed. Basically all the good qualities of a good server.
I will never be going back to other restaurants when I am craving pho, because this just beat them out of proportion!
I will note the music was very loud, maybe a little loud at times, so if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, this might not fit your needs, but it was exactly what we wanted.

Server was attentive and friendly. Had the PHO for the first time and ordered a small and WOW! It was amazing and you could literally feed 3 ppl with that bowl. Had the Blood Orange Martini and it was just right! Not too strong or weak nor sweet. Manager stopped by our table to check on us and he was really nice. Definitely coming back.

We came for the grand opening where there was a buffet type set up to try lots of food, everything was delicious! We have been back many times and I wanted to wait until we had a few more photos of different things we have ordered to share in my review. In regards to service, everyone is so nice and friendly. The owners and managers checked in on us often. By far the absolute best customer service we have had, anywhere, in a very long time! They are awesome! The appetizers we have ordered so far.. 1. The beef egg rolls they were hot and fresh, very crispy shell and tasty filling. They are served with a sweet chili sauce dipping sauce. 2. The ginger wings.. all I can say is wow! They are huge wings and are so flavorful! 3. Fried tofu.. this was absolutely delicious! My husband has never had tofu before and it may be in his top appetizers to order going forward. Our son loves the Korean bbq short ribs, that will always be his go to. My husband loves the smoked tenderloin, has said it is cooked to absolute perfection, and I agree! The fried rice meals with both chicken and beef are sooo good! I am the rice lover in the family. The beef sandwich was tasty, that bread with the beef and veggie mix is such a fantastic combo of flavors! My mother in law ordered the tenderloin with noodles and wow, again (to no surprise) delish! We went the other night for a little bit early birthday dinner for our son and the Ube cheesecake.. can you guess? Delicious! We will need to have more of the seafood options in the future, because it was all so good at the grand opening! We are so lucky to have such a fantastic restaurant that offers a little bit of everything for everyone so close to home!
