The food arrived cold and barely no sauce on the wings. They sent a promo code for a free pizza that didn’t work. Guess it’s back to Marco’s pizza who actually fix issues and deliver great pizza and wings

Absolutely terrible customer service (corporate, you cannot contact the store) Ordered in early December and we had snow so delivery was chosen. Their driver got stuck in my driveway, it took almost 30-35 minutes to get him out. During that time, all of the food we had ordered (over $40 sat and got cold and soggy-multiple pizzas and wings), and when I filled out the survey to ask to be contacted, the send me a coupon for a free pizza “to make it right” I responded and never heard back from. Won’t buy from this chain again.

They dont know how to make a pizza with light cheese and heavy sauce, I asked them to make it again and they were mad so they mad it with no cheese and light sauce. If they dont like their job then find another place to work. This ain’t the first time they couldn’t make a pizza with light cheese and heavy sauce.

We have always ordered here for the past three years and never something like this. Tonight my brother ordered 1 pizza. At 508 for delivery. After an hour and a half he went to pick it up when the app said it was changing delivery drivers for the 3rd time and the pizza was sitting there ready. When he got there, he finally got the pizza, however wrong, but none the less he got it. He and his wife headed home from there and we are putting our new born to sleep. Finally got the baby to sleep and who’s at the door? A delivery driver with a pizza. Now I made sure he knew I wasn’t upset with him, he was simply stuck in the middle, but making the dog bark, waking the baby and starting everything over. Normally I wouldn’t put anything here, but when you try to call into the store to talk to the manager and sit on hold and no one picks up, this is the only option.

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Haven’t recieved my pizza, website has claimed it’s arriving soon for the last hour and a half. I’ve been on hold for the last 15 minutes waiting for ANY employee to answer so I can find out where my order is.

I ordered a cheesesteak pizza from North Canton and it came with mostly onion, green pepper and sauce and very little meat. The vegetables were minimal as well. Very disappointed and I won’t order it again.

Tried the “Grand Papa” Pizza this evening. I typically lean toward NY thin crust pizza. This was very much like that traditional NY style, but the flavor profile really fell flat for me. It was also a very “dry” Pizza. It didn’t work for me, especially for the price.

Waited 1.5 hours for our delivery order and the driver left before I noticed that they forgot our 2 liter and extra pepperocinis, and I really dont feel like spending 10+ minutes on hold trying to speak to someone about it. Food is good, employees are fine, but we pay for extra sauce cups every time we order and get them maybe 1/5 times. Non-delivery of goods can be considered fraud, by the way and technically makes this a scam. The answer when you call the store is either come to the store to get them or “call us next time and say you have a free pizza”. I’m not doing that. The company needs a better business model and should really offer refunds for products that were paid for and not received. If it was the other way around, it would be considered theft so I’m not sure why companies are allowed to get away with it.
