If I could give it zero stars, I would. Went and picked up multiple to go orders for people I work with and everyone made and paid for their orders online. Did they tip? I didn’t know and it’s none of my business. Anyways, the older white lady checking me out made it a point to say something about the tip she did receive on one of the orders, basically insinuating that everyone should have tipped. It was rude and unnecessary. I ordered the shrimp wrap….the shrimp were so small and chewy, the onions were hard to chew, and the entire pita wrap was a mess. This is the second time I went there and I have no clue how people can say this place is good. It’s not. People who say it’s good must have never eaten good food. I am giving one star for the feta sauce. Only thing that is worth going for.

Very quick service on an extremely busy day. Even though the temperature outside was cold, we were seated on the enclosed porch and it was perfectly comfortable with no wind. Our server, Jen, was fantastic. The food was superb, and we never had to wait for seating, food, or drink refills. Everything was absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend.

Hands down the best Greek I’ve had. I’ve eaten here twice in three weeks! Their Gyro is top-notch, but their show stopper is a tie between their cottage fried potatoes and the pita-mozz. That feta dip really tops it all. I wish I had a place like this back home. Well done, Keifer’s.

We showed up with a bus full of girls on a Thursday night and they took us right in! The staff was so friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food was delicious, the porch so warm and cozy, and the service was fabulous!! Love this place! We will definitely be back!!

We were visiting the weekend before Thanksgiving 11/23/24.
My wife and sister in law and I were happy to visit the Madison Keifer’s 101 Highland Way, on Saturday at noon. It wasn’t busy we sat right down, outside since it was nice.
We had Hummus, bean & sesame dip with olive oil drizzle and hot pita wedges. It is vegan! ( 2 orders ).
Gyro lean lamb seared on rotisserie, lettuce and onions, zazeeki sauce!
Best I’ve had since eating at Keifer’s on poplar st, downtown!
So glad they opened up in Madison!!!

If you’re looking for authentic Greek food, look elsewhere. My husband had a thoroughly middling turkey melt gyro and the falafel in my falafel gyro was too bitter, too spicy (falafel usually isn’t), and very mushy in texture. Should have been a red flag that falafel was misspelled as felafel on the menu (which was very hard to read due to the quirky font choice). The hummus did not have enough flavor and neither did the “zazeeki” sauce – which I assume is supposed to be tzatziki sauce. Our server was fine but not particularly friendly or attentive. The decor was fine, if garish. The chocolate chip cake was nice. Baklava was dry.

We had the gyro and the chicken gyro, both open-faced. Excellent taste, sumptuous meals, superb and attentive service. You have to eat here!

The classic keifers food as always! I love their falafel because it comes with an extra spice kick I don’t find other places. What was low key not great was the service, we got our drinks and order to us quickly and never came back. We never got a refill or option to ask for a dessert ♀️

Customer service was terrible! I ordered a pita platter only to get there and it be a personal sized order. I asked for the platter and the cashier said they don’t make those. Mind you I had just had one a few days before. The manager locates it and rings me up. I ask for tzatziki sauce instead of feta and they get that wrong and try to charge me for extra. Terrible service!
