Went to subway last night and was very disappointed. The lady had locked the door a hour early at 9 with ALL the lights on INCLUDING THE OPEN SGIN!!!!!! we walked to the door and pulled on it she ignored us, I waved she ignored me, I got in my car and flashed my brights at the 4 times and still nothing. So we went to Panda Express nextdoor and got great service good food and a much nicer experience.
The next time I want a sub I’ll just go to fire house subs before trying to deal with subways lack of professionalism again, fire house also supports our first responders <3

I went there to see food options, and decided on getting cookies. I was told I can buy three and get one free so that’s what I did. I bought two raspberry cheesecakes and two macadamia nuts. After eating one cheesecake and one macadamia nut, I went to eat my 2nd macadamia nut cookie. On the bottom of the cookie where chocolate chip pieces and inside of the pieces where a bunch of tiny blondish hair. It was ingrained in the chocolate chip that’s infused into the macadamia nut cookie and the surrounding areas of the cookie. Not only is this a health code violation, but it can also harm someone, what if I was allergic to chocolate. I’m feeling very sick and really hope the other two cookies that I ate also did not have the hair as I was not paying attention.

I usually have lunch there. Staff during lunch time are pretty nice and sandwiches are pretty fresh. But today I craved sandwiches for dinner so I went there to grab meatball sandwich. It was horrible. It was hard rock meatball and that means it wasn’t cooked properly. I don’t feel like driving back there to return. One thing for sure I won’t be going there soon.

Just stopped doing keto and was excited to get subway. None of the sandwiches were toasted. One was missing pickles and had banana peppers and green peppers that were not ordered. I go to subway a lot but I will never go back to this subway. Soggy and messy.

Location is near Chandler Gilbert Community College and car dealerships on Gilbert Rd, north of Santan Freeway. Love the location, not too busy and you know “eat fresh” is what I like!

I recently visited this Subway location, and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff, which immediately set a positive tone. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate the different sandwich options.
I appreciated the the staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The quality of the ingredients was evident, with crisp vegetables and freshly baked bread that enhanced the overall taste.
The atmosphere was relaxed, and the seating area was comfortable, providing a nice spot to enjoy my meal. While it wasn’t particularly busy during my visit, I noticed that the young staff girl Noor was handling the rush hours with the same level of professionalism.
In summary, my visit to Subway was enjoyable due to the friendly service, and clean environment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there for lunch and was greeted by an unfriendly staff member. I stood at the counter for a few minutes until the staff member rolled her eyes and started helping me. I asked for a turkey Italiano to which they said they don’t have. I’ve been to many of the other subways and they have that sandwich there. The workers acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about even after I explained the sandwich. She made the sandwich how she wanted to and said I agreed to it. When she rang me up it was $22. I explained that online was a deal and that it says I can use it in the store. They did not let me use it in the store. They again acted like they didn’t know anything about the deal online. They have the same exact sandwich that had the same fillings as another one and it was only $10 but she kept saying it was different even though it wasn’t and kept trying to charge me $22. The entire time I was talking to them they kept whispering back and forth to each other and both rolling their eyes. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location specifically and will not be going back there in the future. I would rather drive farther for better customer service and a better experience. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

I went to this location at around 10:40 am on a Sunday and was greeted with a very unhappy worker sitting in a customer chair. She was on her phone and told me her coworker would help me. I waited there for a while and no one came. Then the woman in the chair sighed, walked in the back, asked me the same question over and over then had her coworker take my order, who asked me the same questions. The food looks iffy, with vegetables everywhere, an unclear countertop, and felt dirty. I won’t be back.
