Horrible establishment. I will never visit here again. Was told they couldn’t take the tomatoes off. Was told they couldn’t toast my sandwich so charged me five extra dollars. Just a toast my sandwich. Claimed it was their policy. Ordered. A full length turkey mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato. Subway is way better. At least I can drive it my way.

Great place for a Gluten Free Sandwich!
The staff were friendly, patient and definatly know how to make a fantastic sandwich! The gluten free option is a lettuce wrap of your choice of sandwich. And overall it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

I got the spend 20$ get a free sandwhich I recieved the free sandwhich , my sons sandwhich , and the sandwhich I ordered for myself was missing I used DoorDash but my bag was sealed so it was the stores not my dasher that forgot the sandwhich .

Wanting pizza but the wait was out the door so we went to Jimmy John’s.
Not familiar with how things go we were rushed through the process.
Husband ordered #4 turkey and cheese, when he was asked about his choice of bread we chose wheat.
I ordered #11 country club on wheat.
When the order was ready imagine our surprise .. sandwiches not a sub!
Don’t get me wrong the SANDWICH was good and made fresh.
Buyer be ware … wheat is a sandwich.
Yes, there is a board that describes everything but again, not our regular restaurant and the young man taking the order surely knew that (because we told him).
Oh .. instead of taking a name or giving us a number when your sandwich is made, they just yell out the number of the sandwiches you’re supposed to come up and get it well. There is no sound deafening boards or anything, the workers end up competing with everyone talking and can barely hear what they’re calling out!

I asked to put my peppers not in the sandwich but in the side in a small plastic shot cups for to go foods and they said we don’t have it, I always order same food in different locations and they provide me a plastic shot cups with the lids.

Ordered a #9. Sandwich was amazing! Amanda behind the counter heard me tell my friend I LOVE pickles and offered to put double pickles on it! I didn’t even know I could add them! My sandwich was as made fast and it was so yummy. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Also amanda was so personable and had amazing customer service. This will be my choice for a jimmy John’s location every time!!

Can’t even get 1 single turkey sandwhich right. Make sure you go back there and hold their hand while they make your sandwich. And double check it before you leave. Because it will be wrong.

Today my daughter and husband ordered a veggie unwich in the drive thru for me. It’s for a celiac person they said, please load it with freebies of veggies. The person said what type of sandwich again, she seemed very confused. And he said UNwich. No bread, please change your gloves – the wife is allergic to wheat. Mustard and mayo in packets on the side so no cross contamination.
He got finally got sandwich and gave it to me. Once I opened it to eat, I couldn’t. It was made on bread. With mustard and mayo on the sandwich double dipped from the jar.
I can’t order here if you staff doesn’t get allergies. Please train your staff to give a shit.
I’m hungry. I would have done anything else if you were going to ruin my lunch by not caring to clarity what celiacs is.
