Amazing delicious and nutritious sourdough bread! A friend introduced me to Einkorn flour several years ago, as my digestion was not tolerating grocery store-bought breads. I was basically using my bread maker to produce bread and it was better than gluten-free breads, but still just OK. So I was delighted when I saw The Confident Baker‘s breads in a local Whole Food Grocer! The Confident Baker Einkorn breads and products are amazing. Being gluten sensitive, I was so happy that I could enjoy these breads/products without digestive distress. Don’t forget to try the Einkorn pancake mix! Yummy!

This is the best bread I’ve ever eaten. Especially the Cinnamon loaf! This bread is so nutritious and full of vitamins and protein unlike common store breads that you can eat it alone for a meal and be full and satisfied for hours! I will never be able to go back to regular store breads after having Confident Baker breads. I highly recommend because its the healthiest most natural option.

I first tried the bread at Raw replenish and loved it and was able to buy a loaf there every so often. They told me to go online to buy directly from you which I did and it has been an ever since. I have gluten issues and this bread is phenomenal. I get all types of bread, but I loved the jalapeño bagels and the cinnamon raisin bread and now I’m down to my last slice. I currently buy sourdough bread from Organnons. I’ve had a few different flavors and really have to freeze most of the loaf so I don’t devour it in one sitting. I’m extremely gluten sensitive and this gives me a sense of some “real bread” options that are also insanely delicious!
