My first time here while waiting for my clothes to dry at the laundromat next door, my fiancé and I enjoyed the food so much!
The pocole was fresh and packed with flavor, they also don’t automatically add cilantro, onions, jalapeños, and chili peppers—it’s given on the side, and I preferred it that way (gives me a chance to see how much spice I can handle + I dislike cilantro in general).
They have so much else I want to try including their antojitos (mexican snacks).
I RECOMMEND !!!!! Wish I took a photo prior, but as you can see I’m nearly finished with my bowl!

Wow! My husband and I went in and ordered Nachos for $13.44 and a couple of sodas to go because we were washing bedding at the laundry mat next door, so $22. I tipped in cash, only to realize looking at my bank statement that the person who took my order took it upon herself to tip herself on my to go order 30% ($6.57). At this point, it doesn’t matter how the food tasted (okay) or what the atmosphere was like, because this is theft. I will never return to this establishment and I warn you that if you do check your receipt.

I’ve had the opportunity to try this place twice in the last month. Both times the food was good. I’ve had the chilaquiles, the quesabirria, and asada tacos. All three were good.
The food all taste like homemade and fresh. They have a large selection of food to order including more American food options, deserts, traditional Mexican food, and all kinds of dorilocos.
The food all comes out relatively quick. My only complaint with the restaurant is that the menu is a little out of date and could do with some love. Many items don’t have prices listed but this isn’t a huge complaint. The bigger issue is that it isn’t fully clear what you can even order. There are a few pictures, but it would serve the restaurant and customers well to have a full menu listed somewhere. Some people might not even know half of what they could order.
Also it might be difficult for some English speakers to order which is another reason why it would help to have cared for menu.

Ordered caldo de pollo, the food was good, came with rice, onion and jalapeño on the side and tortillas. The food was okay, the service was quick and good. The only con would be the price wich it was $14.83, I little bit hight considering that it was caldo de pollo.

Ordered the Birria and they do not taste like authentic Mexican birria. It’s like Americans tried. There is more cheese than meat and it’s not soaked in the sauce. The sauce is also to clean and not oily enough. I will continue to buy from El Indio Restaurant Y Taqueria
A complete waste of money they taste like mozzarella sticks and I was not full usually I am full and satisfied after eating two. Total let down and the meat was tough I mean tough try El Indio Restaurant Y Taqueria your most will water and their meat melts

I intially had a taste for the big taco salads in a shell and went American with a burger.

I WANT EVERYONE TO HEAR ME ! I went to this place today for the first time. DISGUSTING!! I watched them make my food WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. NO GLOVE’S!!! I also ordered an Esquite $9 the cup was not even half way full. INSANE! Horrible HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. KEEP YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE!
