We found another great restaurant using Google Maps. They keep the temperature at a very comfortable setting. You will not need a coat to visit in the summer. The food was delicious. We had a ribeye sandwich and a buffalo chicken wrap and both were great. The service was outstanding and our waiter was prompt with refills. They keep the restaurant very clean.

We have dined at Sunrise Cafe a few times. Their skillets are great! I had the Greek Skillet today, and it was delicious! It had Gyro meat, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and tzatziki sauce (on side). My girlfriend had the Chicken fried chicken dinner, which she really liked, and a bowl of vegetable beef soup. The soup wasn’t like we are used to, but somebody else may like it more than her/us (I tried it too). Her granddaughter had the chicken tender skillet, which she said was really good too. The atmosphere there is very nice, and the service is good too. Overall I give it five stars. The food I would give five stars too except for the soup we tried today, but somebody besides us may like their soup more, so we cannot be overly judgmental on it either. The amount of food for the price is superb! We recommend Sunrise Cafe.

I really love trying new restaurants and am passionate about breakfast food. The food online looked so good but it did not live up to my hopes. We went for breakfast and got pancakes, biscuits+gravy, a hash bowl and coffee. All of the food was mid and flavorless. We had to salt all of it aggressively. The pancakes, biscuits and gravy were most likely all mixed. We ended up paying almost $60, before tip, for two entrées and two kids meals and no one finished their food or opted to take it home. That being said, the staff was very nice and attentive and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

This was my first visit to Sunrise and I was extremely pleased! The coffee was hot and wasn’t old and bitter.
I ordered the Meat Lover Scramble (outside my normal omelet or burrito choice). Everything in the scramble was diced up so I could get a bit of everything in every bite. Very well done!
Being a diner, I was really looking forward to the diner vibe and atmosphere (conversation noise). This was mostly there, except for a kid on a tablet playing music.
All in all, a really good place for breakfast in terms of atmosphere, quality and affordability!

Just WOW!!! I’ve been a foodie for years, over a million views on my food reviews. This resteraunt used to be “Casa Fiesta” which was our fave for Mexican food. I had no idea it had changed to a cafe until I drove by surprised and pulled in. So glad I did!! I ordered the meat lovers burrito which has a light beautiful outside layer, packed very generously with eggs, meat and hasbrowns. It looks pleasing and with an airy type look. Served w sour cream and salsa with an addtl side item. Wonderful taste!! I’ll def be back when I’m in Evansville! PS, I made sure to compliment the cooks!

So good! Home cooking! Breakfast was amazing. It was packed on Sunday but we were seated quickly and our order was taken in good time. Everything was delicious and I look forward to going again! Highly recommend!
