Great service and an easy atmosphere.
Chips, fresh salsa, fine fish tacos and friendly service makes this place great.

This place is awesome! They have friendly staff and delicious authentic Mexican food 🙂 Very good air conditioning indoors during the summer.
$3 chips + salsa with free refills for both. Fresh chunky salsa is a little watery and a bit spicy but tasty. Overall delicious! Super tasty/flavorful Michelada, ($8) one of the best I’ve tried. The spicy birria ramen was phenomenal! The carne asada torta was a bit dry and the crunchy cheese didn’t pair as well but overall tasty. Prices/Menu June 2024

Actually good tacos. Now I have two (!) decent spots in the grid after trying so many bad ones. Good birria with flavor, nice chorizo and carne asada, decent tortillas–that actually saw the grill–and good margarita. Red creamy salsa is good. Green could use some help. Mariachis for about $20/3 songs. Friendly service and breezy patio.

Great food, great portions, and great cozy vibe inside. I ordered Carne Asada Fries with everything on it and the portion size is huge and had great flavor. Also ordered 3 quesabirria tacos with consommé and they were some of the best quesabirria tacos I’ve ever had. I like how they have organic corn tortillas for the tacos.

This place is AMAZING. A majority of my visits had great service and all of my visits had delicious food. The Margarita hit the spot and to my liking. Asada steak here is by far my favorite on anything. They have a different types of salsa, orange and mild.. both very good. Can’t beat the grab and go breakfasts for $10, mini burrito which is half the size of their regular burrito and a coffee. Grab and go lunches are coming soon. Pretty pricey for taqueria food but come when they have the deals or specials.

Had a great meal here! I came many years ago when it was a different name. I was pleasantly surprised that the hype was real. I had the birria tacos, side of rice and the chips and salsa. Listen, the rice was the best part of the meal. It’s SUPER good. Extremely flavorful and not salty. the birria tacos are served like street tacos. The corn tortillas are made with yellow corn and really good. I like to dress my own tacos but these were very tasty. The chips and salsa are incredibly good too. The salsa is fresh and not spicy. I REALLY appreciated that it wasn’t. It’s easy to make something spicier if you want too, you can’t take spice away. I took some to-go. I tried the prickly pear margarita and sent it back. It just taste like tequila and that wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted the guava but they were all out. It’s pretty busy in the front room and a little loud. A couple small tvs at the bar. I spent $23 total (including a Shirley temple). Pricing was more than reasonable.

We visited the Capital Building and decided to find a good place to eat, and we did! We were visiting from San Diego and we know good Mexican food and this is the place. This place was amazing. The food is very tasty. I had the birria tacos and they had lot of flavor. The guacamole and salsa was fantastic. The staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere and outside patio. Great Mexican spot if your looking for good food near the Capital Building. I 100% recommend this place.

Lunch time crowd. Low key, but good. Mars was on point.
The quesabirria…. Yummo. If you like spicy food, the orange hot sause… wow.
Their tomatillo green sauce is also really good (I just like crazy spicy stuff.)
Great place.

The Ramen was very good and very spicy, 4/5. The beans and rice were 5/5. The enchiladas were good, it had good flavored chicken and soft tortillas. The taquitos were dry and over fried and too crispy (overcooked). The anesthetics are alright, defenetally could be improved on. The service was very fast and it had yummy water. It was 50/50, half of us (out of 4) said they would recommend it.

Really good, fresh food and THE BEST salsa I have ever had in a restaurant. Made fresh daily! Just the right level of heat and so incredibly fresh! They charge for chips and salsa, a pet peeve for me, but it’s actually worth the small cost. Friendly, fast service.
