Carry out pizza was fresh but not fast. 20 minutes was way too long for the pizzas that are supposed to be ready to go. The pizza had less pepperoni than one from Costco. Disappointing

The food is normally really good. The prices are really really good. The service is good. But I’m just wondering why the girl at the counter, who had been touching the register & cc cards, no handwashing/no gloves, was touching my pepperonis on my pizza. I mean she was literally putting her fingers on every single one of my pepperonis and she didn’t think I noticed it, but I did. She is friendly so I didn’t want to complain and start a public argument in the store. However, the more I thought about it on my way home, the more it bothered me. I just don’t understand why? When the pizza came out of the oven, why didn’t she just cut it & close the box like normal? She was putting her fingers on all the pepperonis. Can someone please explain that to me?

Decided to try CAD day.[ Customer Appreciation Day ]. It was very busy ,but I was pleasantly surprised how their already great service did not disappoint . They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and they made the same great pizzas, bread sticks and chicken wings. And it was served, hot fresh and fast even with the crowd. Truly a great experience. Thank you Lake Otis Great Alaska Pizza Company.
