I love the lemonade. The food was good. But more rice than meat. I just had rice, cheese, corn salsa and tomato salsa and pork. I never saw the cheese. I know they make it confront of you. But a friend picked up the order to bring it to me at work. The burrito was only little warm on top and extremely cold on the bottom. No it didn’t take long to get to me is 2 streets away.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve walked out without food four times in a row because they are always out of veggies and I don’t eat meat. On one visit they were even out of rice, which is pretty unbelievable for a burrito place.
Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to improve inventory and preparation. If things keep going this way, I can’t imagine this location lasting very long.It’s especially disappointing because I was excited to have a Chipotle nearby as Naugatuck doesn’t have many food options, so this should have been a great addition.

This is supposed to be a brand new restaurant and the day that I visited. I counted at least six employees one that was at the register doing nothing. The manager was on his phone. The other employees were outside while one employee was working the line taking care of the customers. The store was an absolute mess and the only one that seemed to show that they cared was the person that was taking care of the line… Everything looked absolutely disgusting. The food was dry, not worth the amount of money that was spent. I blame it on management because knowing the situation of this restaurant that he is running, he should be on top of cleaning and sanitizing everything instead of being on the phone. The parking lot looked absolutely beautiful compared to the inside. Zoom into my photos and you will see how absolutely disgusting it looks including the garbage on the floor stains on the wall stains on the counter, dry looking food, etc. there’s no excuse for this.!!

Disappointed in the quality and the portion of food. As a newly opened fast food spot I know the staff need to get acclimated to everything. Honestly this wasn’t it. Chipotle just doesn’t taste the same as it used too. I don’t see myself spending all that money for something that doesn’t taste fresh. I know it’s not the staffs fault directly. There was also a huge tendon in the chicken and I had to stop myself from getting sick. I didn’t continue to eat after. But I’m definitely not going to be going back to this one or any other chipotle for that matter. They’re off my list. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try though! Go try and make your own opinion!

Once again our orders our messed up from this location. I received my bowl that was supposed to have more than beef, beans, and rice. It also appears to not be full. We tried to call and speak to a manager but it goes through endless robotic voices. Do not spend your money here.

4 times in a row my wife and I came to get dinner and they were out of roasted vegetables. My wife doesn’t eat meat, so we just leave every time . And to top it off during our last attempt to get food, they were out of rice and we were told that we’d have to wait 20 minutes while they make more. The dining area had people just sitting there waiting for rice. Insane.
How does a new burrito place run out of veggies? How do they not have prepared rice at all times? Whoever runs this place is dropping the ball hard.

If you pick up for Uber Eats or DoorDash avoid this place at all costs! Takes forever to get the food as it’s never ready, the lot is always full and no one understands how to drive in the lot. Went inside for a pickup after finally getting parking and there were 30+ people waiting for over half an hour and the orders were not even started yet. Cancelled and will never return here.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter if the food is good, this location is always out of food! It doesn’t matter what time of day either …no peppers and onions, no rice, no lettuce. Definitely need to step up because everyone was so excited for Chipotle to come to Naugatuck!
