Same as every other McDonald’s, except the service here was terrible. Several employees walked past completely ignoring us while we waited to order inside. This happened for so long, we used the kiosk instead. Luckily it was slow because only one of two kiosk worked.

Ordered a chicken Big Mac and they didn’t put pickles . Which I didn’t request that they didn’t put any . I actually love pickles . I also ordered a 20 pc nugget and they didn’t put it in my bag . Guy didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing . He asked us what our order was at the window and we told him we had the 20 piece nugget and still managed to not put them in the bag

My mom took me and my sisters to go get McDonald’s for lunch. My sister ordered a double cheeseburger with no sauce no onions and pickles we get home and realize that there is no bread on her sandwich and they put her meat and just cheese and pickles in a McNugget box. We have never seen people this lazy, my sister wanted a burger and got cold meat in a box.

The staff are friendly and fast 2 minutes after ordering the food was ready. I wish you could take this crew and send them to the Big Island Hawaii and teach them how to be this great at customer service and speed. Mahalo my daughter and I had a great time she wants to come back to this location.

Sat at drive-through for over 15 minutes (it was 10:40pm) we waited for 15 minutes and tried to get the attention of somebody through the speaker. The app and site both told us Midnight after waiting the 15 minutes and not getting any response, we drove to the front door only to see that it actually was supposed to close at 11 And the drive-through was open till 12. We drove from 20 minutes away (one way) after having played a long football game! Very disappointed in your false advertising and lack of CORRECT communication to customers. Picture shows that we ended up leaving a little after 11 o’clock and not getting any service whatsoever

Customer service is not what you would expect from a company that makes their living off of their customers. I ordered a l0 piece nugget and bbq sauce “made to order” and I got nuggets that were old, when I brought it up to the restaurant manager she said she would take care of it. She turned around and walked back behind the counter where you could not see her said something to someone behind the counter and came back out with the same product and said here you go these are fresh. The nuggets were colder than when she walked behind the counter. I’ve always had trouble with this store and their service, maybe that’s the new norm or corporate doesn’t care about the customers anymore and it’s okay to treat customers like that. IDK. I just threw my food in the garbage and walked out. Just venting here but we deserve better than what we’ve been getting out of that restaurant!!

Great service! Great food! Went during a busy hour and it looked like they were short staff but the gal working was doing everything possible to get the food out as fast as possible and still managed to answer some questions I had! I believe her name was Stephanie if I recall right!! Food was hot and fresh! I’ve come during other busy hours and the other gals working don’t even take the time to give you some sauces or your cups! Will definitely be back when the other gal is in! 🙂
