If I could rate zero stars I would . young Hispanic woman has a nasty attitude and instead of serving customers she in the back talking on her phone . Then comes to the front complaint how she’s the only worker listen that isn’t my issue I come here to get food or drinks anything else has she needs to take up with her manger there should be no reason why 3-7 people leave because she’s taken way to long in the back on her phone !! WE COME HERE FOR FOOD NOT TO HEAR U COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR JOB maybe you guys should be more considerate and have more than ONE PERSON .

She was upset because I had Starbucks refill cup with me and asking for coffee from Dunkin – no Logic – they need to train her how to be nice to customers and teach her some manners –

I ordered a coffee & a sandwich through the App, it took two minutes to served my order apparently everything was precooked & warm up! I left the building and walked to my car. When I found out the coffee was cold. I asked for a refund since it’s a hospital it’s a project to go back and forward. My response was, either go back, to get a fresh cup of coffee or go online and request a refund. Since my purchase was not at the store. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund through this app.

Pleasant workers but half the time I order a simple plain coffee with caramel swirl and milk they get it wrong. One day I walked out, tried the coffee and realized there was no flavoring so I went back and told the girl who took my order and she said, “oh well we didn’t put the caramel swirl in because we don’t have any.” She couldn’t tell me that when I was ordering it? I’m paying for them to make the coffee I ask for, so it’s disappointing when they can’t follow simple instructions.

I had to give this store a star in order to post my review . The attendant I will not mention her name, I’ll give her that much even tho she doesn’t deserve it, was very rude, she made my coffee wrong. It was sweet and I said no sugar – non sweet. I ordered other items donuts and a sandwich because I am in the hospital while my dad is having emergency surgery. After 5 mins waiting for her to return to the front counter, she gave a bad attitude. I would never hire an employee who treats customers badly. I then said I want my money back for the coffee and everything. She said that she cannot do refunds with a snippy attitude and giving lip. Wow, I didn’t even leave the store. This dunkin gives a bad rap to DD. I am waiting to hear from the owner. I will post back with the results.

I ordered a medium s’more cold brew and they give me a black small coffe with the s’more syrup I go back and tell them they did the order wrong and they Charge the entire order and lost from the wrong coffee they made wrong they make me pay for the right order and lost my money 2.67

Horrible staff!!! Worst customer service ever!! They always have an attitude and no reason to order from the app they make you wait for your order and give you an attitude for asking to replace any food they burnt or gross coffee. For working in the hospital you would expect wayyyyy better!!!
