If you see long wait times just know it is WORTH THE WAIT! Tameka(the manager) knows how to make a DAMN SANDWICH!! All of them are good but I get mine on Hoagie Rolls! The little Italy OMG. GREAT and the CLASSIC ITALIAN HOT.. Taste just like a pizza everything is good. The ladies who work there are Nice and helpful. Go see Tameka you most definitely want her to make your sandwhich!!!! I HOPE they get their BEER BACK SOON only part I dislike!! Continue to be GREAT LADIES!!!

First time visitor to the mall and my wife wanted to eat there at the deli since it was convenient. The staff was very energetic and friendly, and I commented to my wife that you don’t find employees that are that happy at work very often. The food was really good I had the intimidator and my wife had a Reuben. Very delicious. Somehow they prepare the meat different than it other delis in the meat was almost like crumbled like the chicken and the roast beef instead of regular deli slices. It made the sandwich fluffier and tastier. The woman making the sandwiches knows about mayonnaise, meaning not too much not too little. The coleslaw was great. It was a creamy blend I think with dill in it. I would recommend again.

I cannot fathom the breakdown in communication and food prepping that allows for a single sandwich to take an hour. I think they have one person making the food which is a wildly inadequate work force considering how slammed this place gets. Hire more staff and at the very least, let people know there’s over 20 orders ahead of you when you place one. I wouldn’t have placed my order if I’d of known it would take this long and I certainly won’t make that mistake again.

This place is INCREDIBLE. They’re over here quietly making gourmet sandwiches that put most delis in the area to shame. The egg salad (Humpty Dance) is my favorite. I think it’s the best I’ve ever had. Their bread is better than Panera.

Dont waste your time and money. The weight was over 35 minutes for a crappy sandwich- expensive as well! The staff is rude and lacks basic manners and professionalism. Stay away!

I know that most people don’t read the reviews but I have to say this. This place is so amazing I take everyone here, this sandwich i literally dream about. 10/10 will recommend every single time. No one’s ever disappointed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this deli in the middle of the Gibson Mill, but I’m SO glad I tried them out.

The Intimidator sandwich is amazing!! The bread is soft and fresh, and the boar’s head meat is always the best.

You HAVE to give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

Great Sandwich!!

We went on a busy Sunday, and there was quite the line. It took about 10 minutes from order to getting our food and the food was great. They used all Boars Head meats, cheeses and sauces. I had the Intimidator, and added mayo, honey mustard and LTO with a side of potato salad. Everything about the sandwich and potato salad was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

If this was closer I’d come daily for lunch. Nice work Cabarrus Brewery crew!

First off, the one star reviews talking about a 30 minute wait are obviously together and coordinated. Some of the nicest ladies work here, and it may take a few minutes on the busiest if days, but not as long as those reviews claim.

2nd off, the deli sandwiches are rather unique and the gals make them very well. That being said I usually get 2 hot dogs, they make em really good with fresh chili and slaw. Sometimes a BLT and they are good too. The triple cheese grilled cheese is good too but I prefer it without the grainy mustard.

This deli is located in the back corner of the mills near the fabrics section.

I go here just about every week and it’s delicious. The food always tastes fresh and the ladies are nice. There is usually a bit of a wait to get your sandwich and it can feel like a century to get your food, but it’s only really 5 to 15 minutes in reality to get your food.
