We waited 45 minutes for our meal, which is far too long, especially considering the disappointing quality of the food.
My pizza was soggy, as shown in the attached photo. The tomato sauce lacked any flavor — no herbs, no depth, not even a fresh tomato taste. The “Parma ham” used wasn’t authentic Parma but some type of speck, and the mushrooms were definitely not fresh.
The dough itself was decent, but with the rest of the pizza being so bland, even a good base couldn’t save the dish.
Service was extremely lackluster. After being seated, we waited around 20 minutes without being acknowledged and eventually had to get up and look for a waiter, who we found lounging in a corner on their phone.
Staff spoke no English, which isn’t a major issue since the menu has English descriptions, but it’s worth noting for international guests.
TL;DR: Bland, overpriced food combined with unprofessional service made for a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Eventually, we had to get up and find a staff member, who was on their phone in the corner. After that, it took about 45 minutes for the food to arrive, which felt like a very long wait.
I ordered the Parma pizza, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The ham didn’t seem like real Parma ham and tasted more like speck. The tomato sauce was very bland, with no real seasoning or flavor to it. The dough, however, was well made and had a nice texture — probably the best part of the dish.

Gita domenicale in moto con tappa a Bobbio, quasi un obbligo lo gnocco fritto con formaggi e affettati. La puzzeria offre gnocco di qualità, formaggi e salumi buoni, non eccezionali. Il proprietario purtroppo non è così ospitale, almeno con i turisti domenicali. Niente dolci, solo gelati…peccato.

Abbiamo mangiato il gnocco fritto straordinario non unto veramente buono ottimi i salumi e straordinari i formaggi. Il personale effecientissimo veloce, gentile e attento alle esigenze della clientela il rapporto qualità prezzo molto interessante e alla fine ci hanno fatto lo sconto. Complimenti da provare assolutamente.

Пришли заказать две пиццы на вынос. Персонал грубо отказал, посмотрев странно и с осуждением, сказав что сможет приготовить пиццы только через 2 часа, оправдав тем, что много людей, сидящих в ресторане, которых нужно обслужить (к слову загруженность ресторана была вовсе небольшая, буквально несколько групп людей).
В общем, если вы хотите вкусной пиццы в этом прекрасном городе, идите в другое место.
