Food was very good! Although my expirence at the drive thru was not! The gentleman taking orders was SO RUDE I believe his name was Connor. The moment you pull up you can tell he’s automatically annoyed. The tone and the attitude in every word he speaks. If you don’t like your job then just say that, but you didn’t have too because everyone can tell? I rolled my window down to see if he did it to anyone behind me and he sure did. EVERY SINGLE ONE. If you don’t enjoy your job then choose another profession. Working with costumers is not for everyone. And after the crappy attitude, I was handed a drink where the lid was not completely on and there was soda on all sides so I appreciate that thank you

I recently decided to try this location because I’m such a fan of Zaxbys. I was met with two very unpleasant individuals in the drive thru. I was practically scolded for not stopping at the first window long enough to present payment. Confused that the first window attendant completely ignored me so I proceeded to the second window. Emily made a fuss and rolled her eyes at me. I can’t recall the last time I was treated this bad at a drive thru. If they had been busy I would’ve almost excused it and went on my way, but they were not. The thought that they may have even done something to my food also ran through my mind. Of course, my food was cold and terrible. Emily even rudely refused to give me the drink I ordered when I asked for it. I had to produce my receipt to show her. I hope management looks closely at how customers are treated.

Food is all right. It was fresh and hot. Should ask for extra sauce. Food was made in an acceptable amount of time at. We dine-in, but the drive-thru line didn’t seem terribly long, either. Overall a positive experience.

I had such a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Ava! She was super friendly from the moment I walked in and had a great attitude the whole time. She made sure my order was correct, came out quickly, and even checked to see if I needed anything else. It’s not every day you get service that feels both professional and genuine, but Ava really went above and beyond. She definitely made my visit way better, and I’ll be looking forward to coming back!

Overall the meal olqas okay. The chicken strips were very salty and I love salt, so if it is too salty for me it is extremely salty for anyone else. However, the reason I rated it 5 starts was because of the young man that waited on us. He was very courteous, polite, professional and knew the menu perfectly! I appreciated his courtesy so much I went back up and thanked him and gave him a $5 tip! I’m this day and she it is difficult to find a young person who takes pride in their job!

My first visit to a Zaxbys.
Food was good (chicken fingers) but didn’t see the new items on menu or anywhere!
The town had a water ban and had to get cans of soda, fine. But before I ate I used the restroom to wash my hands and there were no signs displayed about the water being contaminated and I didn’t think about it. Worse is how are employees washing anything .
