I just went there maybe 15 minutes ago and got lunch. I asked for one side of the crumbs because I am deeply in love with those crumbs. I can eat them by themselves. Anyway, instead of giving me one like I asked For they gave me three that right there is top notch not to mention. I never have any problems with their food.

Drive thru Took our order, paid then they ask us to pull to the side with 3 other vehicle to wait for our order. Waited 18 minutes then they brought us our order. I got a out 10 french fries. They were friendly but slow, slow.

Food was okay but it took nearly 20 minutes to get a basic order. The staff got our order right but that wasn’t the case for at least four orders I saw while I was waiting – three from drivers coming back in from the drive-thru and one from a couple that was dining-in two orders in front of us. The manager on staff acted accustomed to wrong orders. On each of the four wrong orders I witnessed, she just shrugged her shoulders and gave the missing items to the annoyed customers without investigating how the problem happened. At this location, you have to ask for all condiments- if you don’t ask, you don’t get them. It seems like a dirtier, limited version of the original Long John Silvers. “Dirtier” is actually an understatement. The place was disgustingly filthy. From the cobwebs in the dining area windows to the nasty unkept kitchen (in full view while ordering) to the bathrooms that appeared to have not been cleaned in months – this is a place not worth visiting. We won’t be back.

Disgusting food waited in drive thru with wife for 10 mins just to order get sent around building to wait for 2 simple combo meals for another 45 mins. Go inside to see what is going on and if my food will ever come out just to find rude customer service a dirty kitchen and half ass food don’t waste your time on this place

Need to change the oil used for cooking, nice workers polite, I’m not very satisfied with the food though. I love LJS this location didn’t have the grilled salmon (kinda disappointed) but I also didn’t get very many warm crumblies but biggest thing is getting the oil changed asap please for future customers!@

I only got so much chicken because I ordered an extra piece. The portions are super small, and I believe it’s because they weren’t happy that we chose to wait on the fries. This is so small compared to other locations..

Mother in law loves this place! I can’t eat the fried food, so I just eat the green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. I usually pick something up for my wife at the grilled chicken place.

First, the food was actually hot and tasty, and the cashier was excellent. The manager was another story. She never cracked a smile or said anything when she brought our tray to the counter. My husband and I got our diet Pepsi at the self-serve fountain, and the color looked weak. The taste wasn’t good, and it was obvious the syrup was low. I went to the counter and the manager came and said she would check it. She brought a cup, tasted it and pronounced it good…and walked off, leaving me standing there. Guess the interaction, such as it was, was over. Talk about an Ice Queen. Guess, my choices were only regular sodas.
It’s obvious the manager didn’t want to be there. She was on her phone at times loud enough to hear with the speaker phone (definitely not work related) and then sweeping the floors…and then back to serving the food without washing her hands. Now, my food looks a bit less appetizing. Time for a new manager, or retraining in both customer service and safe food handling.

Wow canal winchester. Just wow. Noone wanted to be at work thay day, you could tell! They were rude. The food was absolutely horrible. I will just make the trip to Heath for Long Johns.
