I genuinely want to say this is THE BEST pho I’ve EVER had !! I’m in love with pho I’ve been all around Portland for good pho down to pho Oregon on 82nd and burnside . But this place has so much flavor such fresh ingredients it’s literally insane. I had to put my food down for a second to fight this review it is well deserved. I can say it’s definitely a hidden gem and a MUST TRY! .. I mean the broth is so clear and fresh not an inch of oil. It’s amazing .

This dish was incredibly thoughtful and well executed. The flavors were deep, comforting, and balanced in a way that’s genuinely hard to pull off—especially in plant-forward cooking. Everything felt deliberate, from the broth’s richness to how the components came together on the plate.
Huge respect to Jimmy for creating a space that treats vegan cuisine with this level of seriousness and craft. Easily one of the best broths I’ve had in Portland.

It was a rainy and cold Tuesday in PDX and the beef stew was exactly what I needed. My friend and I went in with every intention to eat pho, but as first time visitors, we asked for recommendations… and man, am I glad I did. The Beef Stew is beyond delicious. It’s savory, it’s hot, it’s hardy, it made me think it would have kicked me back to health if I was sick. The noodles were also cooked to perfection. Even in a steamy bowl of liquid gold, they were chewy and added perfect texture to the brisket and carrots. Just order it! Can’t wait to taste more of their menu.

Pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary but good enough to come back every now and then. Plus they have vegan version of pho which I didn’t see somewhere else. Just wish it could be less sweet!

This is a cute small restaurant with several tables to eat in. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you within a few minutes. I had the pho chay (vegan with tofu and veggies) and the broth was unbelievably flavorful and delicious. Fried tofu was a great sponge for the broth. Would definitely recommend!

It is a pretty good place for some good homemade style pho served by a friendly elder gentleman. The place is pretty small with a handful of tables. The items are simple as there are only 4 items to choose from. I opted for the beef pho and was pleased at the quality of it. The place also sells some small snacks that aren’t fond at your local stores.

We ordered the pho bo, bun thit nuong, com ga. Our favourite was the pho and it’s one of the best flavours we’ve had and the 3 different meats was a good mix. Limited menu/seating kept things simple and homey. Nice elderly gentleman running the whole show so hopefully he’s taken care of otherwise it would be nice for him to have some help. Must try if you’re craving for some wholesome soup and noodles.

Such delicious pho! We got the Pho Bo and Pho Tom (pictured). Super helpful and friendly service. Food came quickly. Seating is comfortable, nothing fancy. Low noise level makes conversing easy. Lots of natural light. Highly recommend! Good for those needing gluten free and there is a vegan option.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! There’s just one incredible older gentleman who does it all -from cooking to serving, and he does it with such care and passion. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with true, authentic flavors. Portions are huge!
I hope more people will discover this hidden gem. This place deserves all the customers it can get!
